I got a dip manicure 1 week ago, on 2/10.
The nails are already loose and pulling my hair. They also are not smooth- fuzz from the cotton balls were painted over instead of being removed from my nail before painting.
My skin was also not treated carefully- the skin around my nails was scraped and burns whenever I used products. Not a clean job.

Purchased full gel set. The finished product is bulky, uneven, and didn't even blend into my cuticle area. They looked like they needed to be filled when I left the salon. I mentioned it and Tom shrugged his shoulders. Said he knew but I didn't ask for a manicure so he did nothing and left it alone. He didn't mention that I wouldn't get a nice finish, just went with it. I would not recommend him, not sure about other technicians. He has very poor customer service skills that left me feeling ripped off. I will have to have these redone and fixed.

I just received the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. It was finished in under 15 min, the tech pulled the side of my nail making my foot bleed, and she proceeded to blame it on the shoes I was wearing instead of her garbage work. I can tell you that this place has scarred me and I will never get a pedicure again.

Starting going to this salon just before fall and won’t go anywhere else. I love the service! I go to Henry and he does such a great job. Pays attention and is very meticulous. I’ve seen the work of the other nails techs and they’re great! If you want to keep your long nails long do dip also.

The girl cut my toe as she cut my great toe nail. I told her she cut my toe and she did not acknowledge it even though the other workers and customers heard me say you cut my toe. I will not go back

Stopped in here for the first time in need of a "no chip". Was seated right away, and my nail tech was Andy. Excellent job! Perfectionist! Did not cut any corners!! I will definitely be returning, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
