I had a scalp detox and would 10/10 recommend. Michael did such a great job communicating and making sure the pressure was right for me. He brushed out my hair throughout to prevent tangles and completely brushed out after the massage was done. Was such a great experience with a great location!

I had the most amazing facial and eyebrow waxing with Sasha Ward, Esthetician at TLC Massage And Spa, Gurnee! My skin looks absolutely flawless and smooth—especially in the photos I took last night at my daughter’s gathering. Sasha’s facial made my face and neck look at least 5 years younger! I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and confident. I’m already planning my next appointment with her in just a few weeks. Highly recommend Sasha if you want your skin to feel and look its absolute best!

I bought my mom a scalp detox and a massage both done by Michael and she loved it!! would recommend going there Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and the place is very clean and cozy!

My new place to get my nails done! I love how my nails turned out every time. I love the place, it’s relaxing and they’re so friendly too. The nail tech Chris, she knows how to not damage your nails which is something I struggled finding that elsewhere. I also love their herbal foot soak product, really relaxing.

Had the opportunity to visit this spa during a private spa party. The staff were incredibly kind. My massage with Erika was very relaxing and she even focused on some areas that needed some extra TLC. My facial with Mya was everything I didn't know I needed. Mya even educated me as she did my facial, now I know how to better care for my skin. Mary was also great. So happy to know this GEM is in my local area, no longer need to travel far. I'll be back!

10/10!! I’d highly recommend TLC spa. I have gone there for a massage before and was put to sleep it was so good. I recently had a spa party there and when I say my entire party felt amazing, skin was glowing from facials, bodies were relaxed from the massages as well. Overall, the service has been the best. Our glasses were never empty, the staff was very professional and friendly. I will always come back!!

My girl Jocelyn was a queen. I loved her she was so sweet and made me super welcomed. I was too self conscious of this facial and back facial because they are so calm and relaxing that I was going to fall asleep. But she didn’t care. Very informative and overall just enjoyed my services here. Very reasonable and affordable prices in my opinion.

I hope Jocelyn gets to learn more services. I will be coming back in the future when I need a self care day to myself. Thank you !!
