I had the spicy cocoa and it tasted delicious! The texture was smooth and surely one of the best hot cocoas I had in the Evanston area.

Latte was excellent per usual. I am a long-time patron of Dollop and am glad to see them open another location and expand their footprint in the Chicagoland area. Paid for drinks via Apple Pay and attempted to leave cash tip. Barista informed us that they are cashless and could not break a $20 bill, which is unusual for a cafe and grocery store concept. Unfortunately unable to leave a tip this time around. Will have to remember to bring smaller bills to leave a cash tip in the future.

The food here is always so good! The chickpea sandwich and veggie bagel are very tasty, and they always have donuts from Beacon Donuts in Lincoln Park which are very good as well!! The iced latte I got was a little too milky for my preference, but they offer lots of unique lattes that I may try out. It is also such a beautifully decorated setting with comfortable seating to work and eat in.

I've been here 1-2 times a week since they opened and have always had great experiences. It's become my go-to Sunday iced coffee and donut date with my toddler and I've enjoyed making my way through their seasonal drinks. The groceries are a nice mix of familiar staples and interesting options. I've bought cans of wine, snacks, and marinara. Their veggie sandwich is DELICIOUS. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entrance could really use one of those automatic door buttons because it's tricky to wrangle with a stroller and could be harder with a wheelchair or other mobility device.

The worst customer service! I went in during business hours shortly before they closed. All I wanted was a coffee. The employee told the that she estimated it would take her five minutes to make the coffee, and that they closed in four minutes.
SHE REFUSED TO MAKE ME A COFFEE because she thought she might get home ONE MINUTE LATER!!!
She made me walk two blocks through light rain to another coffee shop to get a simple drink.
That is not how customers should be treated, and I would give zero stars if I could.

Lots of useful grocery/household items, including gluten free and vegan packaged foods and snacks, wine/beer/liquor, ice cream, and most importantly--coffee! A very cool addition to the neighborhood!

You need a breakfast sandwich and some more breakfast/lunch options. Also way too expensive, can go around the corner for a much cheaper coffee.
