Love the coffee and the vibe of this place. I’m not gatekeeping but the Ube Latte is amazing and make that Dirty if you want a shot of espresso with that. Also the mini Filipino bibinkas are the chefs kiss. Daniel the owner and Eunice the manager are always very warm and friendly when I first came and eventually they remember my name and order whenever I come in and nowadays, I feel like places like this doesn’t exist anymore. The feel of personable character of coffee lab makes it one of a kind. It was a great place to study as well or do some remote work. It’s also a plus that they serve some delicious Thai food, bubble teas, and other Asian pastries. Definitely come to Coffee Lab if you have a chance

Today marks my second visit to this charming, articles filled gallery/coffee ☕️ house in Evanston.

It's incredibly relaxing just to sit down and indulge in a gourmet latte with creative syrup choices like banana 🍌 latte for example.

My first visit here I has the opportunity to get to know the owners and just vent and learn more about one of their top selling artists who was dropping off some of her paintings 🖼 available for sale.

It's fun to explore this cute cafe and soak in all the good vibes and local art 🎨

This is a wonderfully warm, welcoming, and inspiring joint to work from or simply hang out in all day and into the evening. The genuinely personable and accommodating owner, Daniel, even recently extended the hours by popular demand. Woohoo! As a writer/teacher who labors in cafés, I could not be more satisfied by Coffee Lab. Oh, the coffee's amazing, and a "bottomless" mug is only five bucks. Splendid joint!

Stopped in while waiting for a massage and got the Milk tea. First time visiting here. The atmosphere was cozy with a nice little sitting outside too. Plenty of tables inside to relax with your drink and study some. The drink tasted great and the staff was friendly and promptly made my drink, which I took to go.

Love the atmosphere. The coffee is nice but it is kind of watered down. The bagel was nice as well. It's a great place to study or have a chat with friends.

Oh wowww came in only because this shop actually had easy parking since no other coffee place in Evanston seems to have parking. I didn’t realize it was Filipino owned and they would have the incredible Filipino infused coffee shop pastries! Ube flavors, Bibinka, and more! Everything tasted so good and the staff was so so so friendly. The place was well lit and comfortable to iWork for hours. The customers were chill and were cool sharing table space. Lots of outlets to plug in. Ended up getting stuff for gifts. And in over the moon that the prices were good! Thanks for a great experience!

A really nice coffee place with good snack options, books, and also a few board games. It's usually crowded in the afternoons but early mornings tend to be less crowded. Since it's closer to Noyes cta, it makes it more convenient place if you want to while away your time waiting for transit.
