My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was a standout — a wide variety of options, freshly prepared and constantly replenished. Parking was no hassle at all. There was plenty of space, well-lit, and secure. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I appreciated the full kitchen feature. Has a comfortable work desk too. 2 televisions 🙂 The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. I would like to commend Ginny, she was working in the breakfast area last Sunday. Also to Celia L, the lady who checked us in, she is very efficient.
Overall, this hotel offered great value, comfort, and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are ok, but a little bit too tight for a family of 5. The room we stayed in was a two bedroom is was clean, but not really. One of the toilets was very nasty, and one of the showers had mold, the kitchen was not very clean for the money that they wanted a night I was not happy. We stay a week and 2 days. But other than that thank you. Oh!! The pool and fitness area was very nice. Maybe will come back perhaps not.

I like this place … enough to stay 6 weeks on my recent business trip.||Location is great - convenient to shopping and restaurants, and a short 20min drive to the city.||Friendly staff, good facilities, breakfast is OK - all in all good value for money.||One complaint - housekeeping! Very average - missed my room three times during the stay and when they clean it’s clearly in and out as quickly as possible.||But one negative in a handful of positives!

We stayed here for a night while visiting friends and family. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The free breakfast had multiple options and there was even iced coffee and oat milk at the coffee bar area! Kids had a great time in the pool. Will absolutely stay again.

The hotel is clean and quiet which is shocking given that the hotel is located near a busy highway and not far from a Chicago freeway! The kitchen and frontroom is very well laid out and comfortable. The bedroom is over crowded making it difficult to navigate especially at night. The room is not designed for a king sized bed at all! The staff were friendly and helpful. They kept the driveway and sidewalks completely clear of snow and ice. Would stay at this hotel again.

I’m a fan. This has become my go-to place to stay when visiting the Orthodox community in Chicago. Near shuls and kosher restaurants as well as close to the highway for easy access, this is a great weekday (not Shabbos) location. Rooms are clean and well cared for. Functional exercise room and clean pool. Free continental breakfast, coffee and kitchen in rooms. Again, clean room and bathroom, as well as ample parking.

Positives:|The bed was firm and comfortable.|There was oat milk available at breakfast.|Some of the staff were very helpful (mostly the women, for some reason).|The location is great.||Negatives:|We arrived late at night and the sofa bed wasn't made up and they told us we had to do it ourselves. The sofa bed itself was very uncomfortable, with springs sticking up.|Coffee and water are not available in the lobby 24-7.|The waste is incredible -- all the breakfast stuff is served on disposable plates with disposable cutlery and in disposable cups.|The washing machines weren't working right. One staff member (a male one on duty in the evening) was very rude and told me it wasn't his problem and the hotel didn't have a need to help me with it. He told me to wash it all again if I wasn't happy, when the actual problem was that the machine wasn't working. I spoke to a (female) member of staff the next day, who said it was a known issue, and she fixed it for me. It shouldn't have been like that.

Best hotel stay I've had in months. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was super nice.
