I was so very happy to find this restaurant. They have absolutely delicious fresh poke bowls. it is very easy to eat here as a gluten-free person as every single thing that is gluten-free is listed as such, and the workers are very mindful when you let them know that you cannot have gluten.

I got a poke bowl on a whim and boy, am I glad I did. Tasty, fresh, amazing! Customer service is outstanding. I liked it so much, I ordered it for my whole family the next day. Spicy salmon, chicken with spicy aioli, yum. And the seaweed salad is so delicious!

The pooke bowls were great. They were seriously like a sushi salad in a bowl. We had 2 High Tide (pictured below) which had chicken and shrimp. As for the meat portion, there's only like 3 shrimp diced up and as for the chicken... I couldn't really tell but there can't be more than 3 ounces. The bowls are really small. I placed a fork over the salad bowl for reference. Overall I would recommend you try it at least once. For me... this won't be a regular spo and probably won't be back anytime soon. Two salad bowls cost $31.67 with tax.

I pass by this place all the time on my way home 🚗..finally decided to pop in! All the fresh ingredients stimulated my senses as I approached the counter. They had a lot of options for Poke Bowls 🍜. I kinda had to do the "ini-mini-mini-mo" ordeal to make a selection 🤣 But hey, I picked a good one. I got the HIGH TIDE. Had pineapple in it 🍍 The prices were reasonable. The poke bowl was really good. I felt like it coulda had a bit more protein tho. It's like, dang, can a brotha get a couple extra chunks of yard bird 🐔 and some extra slivers of shrimp 🦐? . .it was definitely lacking in the surf n turf department. But all in all it was perdy darn delicious 🤤. Maybe I'll ask for double meat next time 🤔 Will there even be a next time? 🤔 ...I say, YES!! 👍👍👍 I'll be back. 😎 Oh, almost forgot to add, they offer rewards points, which I signed up for at the register. 🤑 Might even try one of their many selections of smoothies or mochi they have to offer. Really good. Love that they have so many ways to make the bowls, just wish they had more veggie add in options (like radish, purple cabbage, etc)
