I really enjoyed my stay! My room was huge—almost the size of a small apartment—and came with every amenity I needed. It was clean, nicely laid out, and the bed was super comfortable. A great space to relax in. The only downside was having a very loud family placed in the room next to mine, especially since it was a weekday and the resort didn’t seem full. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more space between guests for a quieter experience. Overall, though, a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Had a lovely stay here! Room was like an apartment with full kitchen which was a nice surprise. Shout out to Brandi who bartends at the main lobby bar. She is super friendly and attentive! She made me stay more fun since I was by myself.
Also Louis is one of the managers at the bar closer to the ski hill. He was super friendly and welcoming. Would love to stay again in the summer!

I booked a reservation December 16th and December 18th my reservation was canceled. I booked again and they canceled it again. They claim they called and left voicemails I have none. I called them today and they said they canceled because I had two rooms reserved and ran my card for the full amount which declined.
I canceled the 2nd room and even if I had two rooms I have screenshots from when I booked. My screenshots prove that their hotel is a reserve now pay later and my confirmation email says total amount due at the property. I also confirmed with Expedia that the hotel was indeed a pay at the site hotel. This hotel would not accommodate and now are fully booked and now I do not have a place to stay for daughters week long dance competition this June. So not only have you pissed me off but you will also be crushing a little girls heart because we have no place to stay for her event! This hotel won’t even accept their fault! I have never been so angry with a rental before in my life! Very unethical!!!

Had an amazing stay. All the staff I encountered at the Grand Geneva were extremely nice and helpful. Had a 2 bedroom suite at the IHG Holiday Inn which was completely updated. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a large separate soaking tub in the main bedroom. Balconies overlooked the golf course. Ate at Grand Central (definitely check out their baked goods!) and Grand Cafe for breakfast. Both were great. Staff at both were extremely accommodating and professional.

The suite at Holiday Inn was just beautiful. It seems like it was just refurbished. The furniture, cabinets, curtains all looked new and spotless clean.
The suite was large, clean the bed was comfortable, and it had all the amenities needed for a great Thanksgiving dinner.
The balcony was an added bonus.
The price was also great!!
We will definitely be back!!

The room was very spacious and looked newly renovated. We were pleasantly surprised! We liked the gas fireplace, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and view of the golf course. You check in at the main Geneva Grand Resort building, and the Club Vacation buildings are essentially on the resort grounds. You have access to the golf courses on the property, which is a nice perk. There’s also a decent pool on the property. We enjoyed our stay here.

Tried to book a stay for later this month. Selected the reserve now pay later option. The hotel charged for the entire stay immediately. Tried resolving with them, with a supervisor. They said they had “no idea” how that had happened. My guess is maybe someone made a mistake and rather than accepting the issue and resolving it, they kept saying it couldn’t be resolved. Cancelled our stay needless to say. Beware of this place and their financial handling.
