Loved my stay at Level in Fulton Market! The building location is great, it had the best amenities, and rooms are really nice and spacious! Beyond the comforts of the stay, the staff is great, especially Parker at the front desk! Parker was so friendly and helpful to me throughout my stay, from giving suggestions on places to go, to hyping me up on my way out! She may have even convinced me to consider a lease for my next long-term summer stay in Chicago, and sold me on all the building has to offer.

I will definitely be coming back!

For our family visit to Chicago, The Level Chicago - Fulton Market couldn't have been more perfect!! We loved having the extra room to spread out with a living area, full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, all with amazing views and large closet space, and even a washer and dryer. There is also a balcony, which would be fantastic in the warmer months. The amenities, such as the spa (great hot tub) and the sky lounge on the 31st floor, provided terrific views (don't miss the Chicago skyline view at night - it's a great family photo background.) Everything is kept very clean. The staff is also incredible. They are ALL so helpful and friendly. This hotel is a special find as it's not in a very touristy area, but you can easily Uber/Lyft or walk (about 1.5 miles away) to sightsee and tour Chicago. Even though the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, the restaurants surrounding the Level Chicago - Fulton Market are the best in the city and easily walkable. There are also grocery stores nearby (I recommend stocking the kitchen with Chicago's famous Garrett popcorn to snack on.) The extra space and amenities are more than you typically get in a city hotel - we truly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

The hospitality here is truly exceptional, starting with Parker and Mark, who provided the best customer service I have ever encountered. As a frequent business traveler who stays at major hotel brands, I can confidently say that no check-in has ever left me feeling this impressed.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. From the beginning, Anthony helped assist with including parking with my reservation. Then at the front desk Simona was awesome. Exceptional customer service skills and very friendly. The room was nice. Could've been better had the other people on our floor kept the noise down a bit while in the hallway but that's not the hotels fault. The amenities were great. Hot tub, sauna, sky lounge. It was great. First time staying here and it won't be the last.

We purchased a gift certificate for a two night stay at a benefit. It was for a one bedroom suite. And when we got the reservation confirmation, they had given us a studio. I asked for a one bedroom as we had paid for and they said there weren’t available. Next, when we entered our room it smelled horribly like cigarette smoke, and there was an old Dr Pepper bottle on the living room coffee table with cigarette ashes and butts in it. We asked to be switched to a new room and when we walked in the second room there was someone already in there! That was a horrible feeling. I’m not sure how that happened?!?! I mean, how does that happen? We were paranoid the entire weekend that someone might walk into our room like we had done to someone else. When we went to our THIRD room, it was very small. The beds were so firm that it made my arms fall asleep when I slept. The dishwasher did not work. The staff was very nice about everything and they did give us a complementary bottle of wine, which was nice. It was just not a very good experience. The location is pretty great for walking if you’re going out to Fulton market that was the one thing that made it good. I’m not a fan of this hotel

Parker and Mark we incredibly helpful and so welcoming! They were very friendly and Mark helped us navigate the best route to our restaurant. We didn’t use the indoor hot tub- there was a group of friends playing music on a Bluetooth speaker in their underwear enjoying the amenities, but the rest of the hotel was beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this place! It was convenient, clean and had everything we needed. We had our family Christmas in a one bedroom and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely attentive, and friendly. Simona at the front desk treated us like we lived there full-time and we were only there one night. She was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Level Chicago Fulton Market from Wednesday 2/19 to Saturday, 2/22. Parker along with the front desk team provided amazing customer service. My room and view were great. The room was very clean. The grocery store and food venues are in walking distance.
I enjoyed every minute.
