We stay at hotels a lot because my kids love the pool all year around. THIS was my favorite hotel experience in a long time. The service from start to finish was a 10/10! The service was so good my kids were literally asking for Ashley (she checked us in) throughout our stay and when we were leaving. Ashley made check in so easy and she was so sweet to my kids. She went over our amenities without even having to ask and she checked in on us after check in. Michael (I hope that is his name) answered my question when I called to confirm the deposit amount. He was very quick to assist me and provide additional information. When he would see us throughout our stay he would speak and check in with us. Then there was Cynthia who handled any concern that did arise she handled it so gracefully and reassured me I was no bother. I wanted to recognize each person individually because they made our stay amazing! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and I even enjoyed our view. The complimentary breakfast was good. My kids and myself enjoyed the variety of options. There is complimentary water by the front desk that I really appreciated they kept it filled. Parking was convenient. The entire hotel was clean and smelled so good. The art work was beautiful. My only complaint was the pool was closed for maintenance our second day there but they were very apologetic, things happen and they were accommodating. Lastly, Rana helped me with my final bill because I had a question. She was so sweet and I reassured her my family will be back. This review is so long lol but it’s worth it for sure. Also, you can’t forget how nice it is to have restaurants right across the parking lot. Express way is like a block away, train station I mean everything is right there for you.

I’ve long been a fan of Hampton Inn for over a non-vacation over night stay or two. HI is typically an exceptional value and this property was no different with one notable difference. The pleasantness of the staff. I truly felt as if every member of the staff I encountered either at the front desk or in the halls enjoyed working there by the way I was greeted or conversed with. Just a great experience.

Hubby met up with a friend for a Bulls game while I stayed in room and just relaxed. We've been staying at a different Hilton hotel in the heart of downtown all week. This location was refreshing! Being the planner that I am, I selected this hotel bc of it's proximity to food, the United Center, and highway. Especially the highway part bc we weren't too familiar with the neighborhood surrounding the medical district. Regardless, this was a perfect quiet 1-night stay. Upon arrival, during, and check-out the staff was very inviting and professional. Housekeeping was also warm and friendly, the hotel's fragrant lobby smelled amazing, and room was very nice and spacious||I do hope the kinks in the Hilton app are worked out since this is a new establishment. I am super picky about being able to check-in and pick my own room and wasn't able to do so 24hrs prior or the morning of; I kept getting errors. Upon arrival, front desk was kind and accommodating, so thank you for that.||Breakast was typical of the brand, nothing fancy. But the gentleman who restocked the food was on it! He was quick so kudos to him. I despise when guests take ginormous gluttonous servings of food like doomsday is upon us. Saw a teen walk out front entrance with an entire plate of bacon. I mean a HEAPING amount. Some of the guests, too include kids, sitting in dining area were just feasting. Also kids should not be allowed to operate the waffle maker alone. I observed two kids who kept messing it up and making a mess while folks were waiting on them. Not sure how the hotel can assist in that aspect or if that's even a thing bc in this day and age you can't say anything to some of these parents/adults about the supervision of their kids. Tbh I normally get food as soon as dining room is open to avoid families and their wandering kids in the wild. I do like how big the dining area was to accommodate families.||In all, the location was nice and proximity to "just enough", and close enough to downtown so that a Lyft/Uber can you get there pretty quick. Would definitely come back and recommend. My husband's buddy also agreed the location was very ideal and he liked his room.

I would like to express that my experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Chicago was the best I have ever had at any hotel.|The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during my 30-day stay.|They assisted me with everything from check-in to dining options, which were exceptional. The room service was outstanding, and the staff possessed remarkable personalities, always willing to help. I was upgraded to better|accommodate my extended stay, which made me feel welcome and at home. I am sincerely grateful for the choice I made in selecting this hotel, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff. I even personally sent the staff my favorite chocolate candy from San Francisco Sees, thanking them for a wonderful stay. My last day there was Valentine’s Day and the staff had a life size Justin Timberlake cut out prop of him to take photos with because there was a concert in town they go above and beyond with details and make your stay fun highly recommend and when I go back on vacation with my family this is were I will stay . Good job and thank you again !!!!! Two thumbs up !!

I travel 80% of my time for work, and this has been one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in so far.
I have been impressed with everything from the moment I walked in the door (they allowed me to check in early), my room is clean, well furnished, in good repair, and large. It is very quiet and there is almost no noise noticed from the outside even though the hotel is on a very busy intersection. AND there are windows that you can OPEN!!! so nice!!! The room I was in had a full size sink, microwave, and minifridge. the bathroom was a good size and there is a couch. They even gave me a little extra gift bag after my first night stay with some juice and snacks.
It is conveniently located near the medical campus for the VA, as well as UI Health and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
I am coming back to the area next week and can't wait to stay in this hotel again, and every time I visit Chicagoland moving forward!

Great and easy to get to location. The property is clean and bright. The front desk team were all very kind and personable. We had a great experience with Mike at the front desk. He was very helpful! Lots of options close by for a quick bite. The breakfast spread was very nice with gluten and dairy free options!

Wow, this hotel is lovely. Definitely a top hotel of 2024 for me.

The customer service is amazing. The hotel is extremely well maintained and doesn't show any signs of wear (so many hotels show wear after the first guests check out). The pool is great, again, well maintained with lovely chairs of different types.

We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect - huge windows and completely sound proofed!

Breakfast was also excellent. Items were full and the scones were great!

This is a great hotel! It’s much better than other hotels that are same or even higher price level. It has great location, nice service, high quality breakfast/ fitness sets and very good room furniture.
