Our stay at the UIC Marriott was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious outfitting and top-tier amenities that made our experience truly special.

A special shoutout to Wanda at the front desk concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.

Additionally, the valet parking attendants provided outstanding service—quick, professional, and courteous every time.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean. Everyone was so nice. We stayed one night to attend a concert at the United Center. We took the shuttle to the center and we walked back. It was three ladies and we felt very safe. It was about a 15 minute walk. The room was quiet. We didn't hear anything inside the hotel or outside. We will definitely stay here again.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we experienced a range of both positive and negative aspects. We made reservations on New Year’s Eve, marking our first visit to Chicago with my partner and friends.While we enjoyed the overall experience, we found the hotel to be more expensive than in the downtown area. The parking fees were particularly exorbitant, and the open space parking lot raised concerns about safety. Additionally, we noticed a discrepancy between the number of towels and cups provided in the room and the number specified on our reservation. Despite promptly contacting the hotel upon arrival, we were still short of towels and cups for two days.Despite these issues, we acknowledge that the stay itself was pleasant.

Excellent hotel for the price. The hospital across the street provides free parking. $20/night normal. $8/night validated. $6/night low emissions vehicle. Highly recommend.

We booked the hotel through T Mobile Travel and it saved us easily $100 total (3 nights) over booking through Marriott

The location is excellent. Maybe 15 minute subway ride to downtown. Little Mexico is one stop away. Great location at a great price.

Management is so rude at this property acting as if you are an inconvenience. The shuttle service is very nice. The rooms are in poor condition, and the business practices are questionable. Never again for our family. I advise you to choose elsewhere for your stays.

Entering the room there was a heavy smell that I could not name. Then sleeping in the bed I found out this. I have never seen something like this in my life. The comforter was secretly full of mold. It was MOLD smell. What a horrible room service this is.

Hotel was great. Close enough to the United Center and provides free shuttle service within a 1 mile radius. Also has a fantastic bistro for breakfast and dinner.
