EDIT. Since I left this review I have fielded a dozen calls from a no caller ID number. The front desk employee is harassing me. When I answered one time to verify who was calling, they were threatening and aggressive with me. Obviously they got in trouble and used hotel systems to collect my personal contact information.

The front desk attendant was not good. He was clearly high and reeked of weed. He made me wait to check in as he looked at his phone and sent a text. He charged me an early check in fee and then immediately waived the fee for the next person in line as I stood there watching.

The booking had no information about parking. We used the garage next door and had to pay $6 per car then also paid $35 for overnight parking from the hotel, uncovered. The sign on the side of the building advertised $25 parking. I ended up paying over $250 for one night overall because of fees.

The room was disappointingly small and smelled of cigarette smoke half our stay. Walls are paper thin. The single elevator takes ages. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable. The sink exclusively sprayed water onto the floor and walls—just everywhere. No seating in the room, no counter in the bathroom whatsoever. Super cheap TV with no channel guide clearly stated. It is channel 15-1 by the way, but is just a video of the live guide. TV was hung way too high and at like a 20 degree angle lol. My neck hurt after 15 minutes watching it.

It’s close to United Center, but I would never recommend this place.

Only a 1 night stay, booked 2 months earlier. Was told the free hotel parking would be open , as they aren’t likely to be busy.
Turns out, they were very busy. $35 for overnight parking each night. Absolutely insane price for parking.
Apparently everyone on the 4th floors cards didn’t work and everyone including me needed to walk back down and get a new one. Fine.
Then, there is construction DIRECTLY outside the window at 7:30am in the morning. Ear piercingly loud. Fun. Combined with the ridiculous parking costs look around elsewhere.

Very short drive to United Center. Easy to access off-street parking. Staff was polite. The room was clean but definitely smelled like previous resident smoked. Bed was clean and comfortable. TV was surprisingly large.

Overall I was very happy with this small hotel! I loved the art on the walls and my room was clean and comfy. Nice TV, climate control worked fine. Lots of electronic hook ups, etc. The entire staff was friendly and kind. I have offered them two suggestions 1. that they be more clear when people are searching that the on-site parking option is LIMITED, and FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, and that they offer some FLATTER sleeping pillows as ALL of theirs are EXTREMELY FAT. BUT AGAIN, OVERALL THIS PLACE IS GREAT! I do highly recommend it!!

Check in/out was a breeze! Every employee we encountered were awesome and helpful. Quick access to the highway and public transportation. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. Beds were comfy. Shower water pressure was perfect. The naighborhood was safe and walkable, with just enough bars/restaurants nearby. It was so easy to find parking just outside the hotel too. Will definitely be back!

For one night stay that cost as much as two nights in a much nicer hotel in Milwaukee, I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again. No parking was available, despite just discussing the garage next door that morning. It was closed, and apparently “that happens”. The lobby smelled like weed. Thin walls, heard every unpleasant noise in and outside the hotel. No soap in the dispenser in the shower, and hardly any water pressure. Worn out furniture, floor was pulling apart. The bed was comfortable, but neither of us liked the pillows. The staff wasn’t very friendly either. They did have free cookies, so there’s that.

We went with this hotel since it was the cheapest option with good reviews and everything was good. Could walk to the L, clean rooms, wifi worked well to be able to work remote, felt safe, could easily store luggage after check out. We arrived a few hours before check in and without us even asking if it was possible, they gave us our key to check in early which was great. Bed and shower was small, but not an issue for us. Everything was comfortable. Great place to stay if watching the marathon because they run right past the hotel, and also on a nearby block in the back so you can see the runners twice. Breakfast snacks and evening cookies were an unexpected nice touch.
