I came here for the first time after having and got a Diet Mountain Dew Soda Fusion drink. It was amazing and sugar-free, which was a huge plus for me.

The business closes at 8:30pm. I arrived at 8:11pm to get a hot cocoa and coffee. Their espresso machine was being cleaned for the night. Sorry, we can't do hot drinks. Ugh

The lotus tea is an incredible flavor, thickly applied and high quality. When perk closed i was very sad to lose the lotus tea i came to love from my time abroad.

Service is efficent and quick, only delays are people reading the new menus to learn. Staff is friendly.

Lotus tea is such a delicate and specialized flavor and i deeply enjoy having it as an option again, I truly appreciate them here.

Every lotus place does this. I asked for light ice and got the whole cup filled with ice. To give frame of reference: I got a 32 ounce. After taking out 3/4th of the ice myself carefully I was left with 16 ounces of drink and ice leftover. That's half the drink I paid for, and keep in mind I only took out 3/4th of the ice..... I paid for a 32 and got a 16. The staff is friendly so that's good but I mean the best service in the world doesnt make up for the loss of money I feel when I leave...
