I ordered an iced honey lavender latte, which had great flavor. The coffee was high quality. There are many menu options for anyone’s taste. Quiet, eclectic atmosphere with various seating. Highly recommend! I would love to come back and try more!

I visited here for the first time today. I ordered a chai tea, which is very different for me. It was amazing for a non coffee drink, and I would recommend this place to anyone. The barista was very nice also.

I was visiting my bestie in Jacksonville, and she suggested this coffee shop. She has good taste, so I figured it is worth a try. I am so glad she brought me to Elm City Roastery. As soon as you step in you can feel the amazing vibe that the owners have been able to create there. The working machine they have in the lobby was impressive, since I had not seen something like that in person before. The staff was patient with me while I asked newbie questions and helped me choose the right drink. When I am in town and need some coffee or tasty tea, I know where to head. My friend got a bakery item, and it was large enough to be a dessert for a later time, so nice portions in this day and age is worth mentioning. Go check them out for sure!

Best coffee shop in Jacksonville, hands down.

With 3 different fresh roasted beans choices, there are many combinations for anyone coffee connoisseur.
I asked about the difference in the beans, and I got a thorough description. I picked a pour over, with Ethiopian beans, and my wife ordered apistachio latte, both were outstanding drinks.

It's not only the fresh roasted coffee which makes Elm City different. This coffee roaster boasts a professional, clean, well lit- atmosphere . I feel the most important point to make was I felt welcome in this based coffee shop, unlike other coffee shops off the square.

What an amazing place! I have been many times on my own, but today they went above and beyond by catering for my work. I had many people come up after our meeting to ask about the coffee and how they could taste the difference. Most of them live in Springfield but mentioned wanting to visit Jacksonville every now and again to patron Elm City. Not only are their drinks great, but Ben is friendly and easy to work with. I cannot wait to work with him more in the future!

We mobile ordered 4 days in a row from here. The coffee is excellent and clearly the syrups are made in house. Lattes are not overly sweet. When you mobile order make sure you put it in well in advance as our order was only ready on time 1 day out of the four. I do recommend this place for anyone who enjoys quality coffee drinks made with care.
