I’m a 15 year old girl and I got my nails done at Alan’s for homecoming 9-19-24 and the service wasn’t the greatest, all of my nails are uneven, the lady doing my nails kept smacking my hands and was just overall rude, she seemed like she didn’t care about what she was doing. Scottie seemed very nice but the lady doing my nails was not. I have 2 nails that are two entirely different lengths, my nails are very sore because she kept scraping my skin instead of my nails.

My daughter and I went and got our nails done on April 2nd and the man doing my nails cut me several times and didn’t care that he was because he kept doing after I told him he was cutting me while filing my nails and did a horrible job with the dip, and the lady next to him doing my daughters nails refused to put color the color she wanted on her nails Saying she didn’t have that color which they did bc she had picked that color out on the nail color sample board, she left my daughters clear and messed up the design horribly, not to mention she cut my daughters finger really bad but yet acted like she didn’t do anything and kept going so we will never be going back, I’ve went plenty of times in the past and had no problems. That place has went down hill. I wouldn’t even give it a star in my opinion but I can only do 1 star.

My favorite nail salon by far! Scottie is the best! So warm & friendly, many of their customers are like family. I'm always 100% satisfied. I travel with my job resulting in sometimes having to use other salons while on the road. The quality of the nail service just isn't the same. Loyal customer forever!

Excellent service, efficent, and quick. Building was clean, following ppe, Allan was polite, my nails are gorgeous, my satisfaction immense. Ill be back. The girl who did my nails at station 3 didn't introduce herself so i can't thank her. T name, but she is a treasure.

My first trip. My daughter and I got pedicures and it was awesome. They were very gentle and did a great job. The price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the two people that took care of us and had a very relaxing time. Very friendly and nice. I highly recommend them. I will definately go back.

I love going to Alan's. My experience at this nail salon far exceeds any other I have been to in town. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Scotty, you feel at ease. The bottle of water or glass of wine offered is also a bonus. Lastly, the gentleman that does the pedicures gives an amazing deep tissue calf and foot massage.

I went and got a manicure and pedicure on 7/9. The pedicure was pretty good! The color on my toenails are still on to this day!( 9/9) but the manicure was TERRIBLE! I had 3 nails fall off less than a week later.. and all of them were lifted before the 2 week mark.. I would recommend them for pedicures.. but NOT for manicures with acrylics!

Walk-ins are welcome. Reasonable prices for the amazing work they do. They also serve wine while you get your nail game up. Great place.
