Just had a lovely visit. Was greeted by a very nice gentleman and had an awesome foot massage. The establishment is clean and very quiet.

I had read the reviews here before going- I was not asked about a tip, simply gave cash after paying for my massage.

I will most definitely be going back!

Giving it 3 stars because it’s my 4th time coming and I’ve had lovely experiences everytime but this time i left in such pain during the massage i honestly wanted to cry the massage was extremely aggressive and painful and I did not relax one bit. I do love deep tissue but let me say this was very very painful and I have been here multiple times I’ve never had this issue. I did speak up multiple times stating to please use lighter pressure and he would for about a minute then continue with really harsh pressure I had to tell him 4 different times if he could use less pressure and he just would not. Really just depends which person you go to I will definitely be sticking to a female.

This is one of the best kept secrets of CL. The massages here are very good. If you are looking for a relaxing place I would not come here. But I personally like what service is given for the price. They must of had an issue with customers not tipping. The past two times I have gone the front desk lady pretty much makes sure you at least give 20%. I have not had a bad massage experience here. The foot rubs are the best, I fall asleep every time.
Get the regular massage for 90 min. You will not be disappointed.

I went there yesterday and I payed a head of time before the message with credit card and the front desk lady wanted me to tip 20% before I even got the message? I was like no I will tip after. I would have left 15$ but because she gave me attitude at front desk. Only gave 10$ and she wasn’t happy. I will never go there again

The lady at the front desk is rude. She told me and my sister we are not welcome. Because last time we were there we didn't give up to the percentage of the tips she wanted and yet everytime we go there, we tip them well. Only that one time we didn't have enough for the tip she wanted. She shouted at us. And now today we were welcomed with " You're not welcome here" .

Lady at the front desk is beyond rude!!! Service is always at least pretty good sometimes absolutely great and I always tip, sometimes $15 on a $35 service if i feel the therapist did an amazing job. However I had an appointment at 8:30pm on the 13th of June and as I was walking out the front desk lady stopped me and said 20% tip was required… I was $2 short in cash of meeting 20% when I didn’t even feel 20% was earned. My head was dropped back down and arms tossed back into place during service with little care for relaxation. I asked her if this was posted that it was required anywhere and she said yes but it was no where to be seen. She informed me id owe it next time. I apologize that without clients paying 20% tip that people dont feel paid but I can vouch you are the cheapest in the area and maybe a employee raise is necessary as you just lost a weekly client due to being rude over $2. If this isn’t compensated I have no plans to return. Foot retreat in Algonquin is extremely similar to this place including pricing and they also offer a punch card for a free one for regulars. They almost always ask your your service was after as well. I highly recommend taking your business there

Only a set massage sequence but amazing!! Get the combo massage for a great full body massage.
