The location is an amazing spot middle of everything. The lady that serves breakfast is such a sweetheart made my mornings every day just with her smile they don’t rush you out for breakfast they make sure you get your breakfast! The lady’s at the front desk are very nice and helpful as well as Sean really took the time to make sure I didn’t need anything else and took care of me. Even the cleaning service was very nice! Thank you guys! Definitely recommend and will come back here if I need a place to stay.

Positive: The location is next to stores restaurants and gas stations.The breakfast was great.The staff was friendly, welcoming and has a wonderful hospitality. Negative: If the pool was inside and open. But I completely understood because it was a cold outside.

Really great location surrounded by a lot of things. I was here for Navy graduation and wanted something close to Chicago but also close to base. The rooms were a little outdated or maybe it was just the room that I was in. Check-in process did seem a little long. It’s been a while since I stayed at a comfort inn so maybe check-in process has changed. But I felt like I was doing a lot more than necessary That could’ve all been done online. Staff was really nice though, and I didn’t have any trouble with my stay. There was, however, lights that surround the property for safety I would assume, and the light outside I think was going out cuz it kept flickering the entire night that made it hard for me to fall asleep. My window was right in front of it. Beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the open closet that was next to the door that I could hang things in and easily put stuff in drawer. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel.
