Very nice hotel. My company held its annual holiday party there. Rooms were nice. Venue was nice. Food was amazing.
All was good until 9:30am when I was packing up my stuff in the bathroom and a maintenance guy walked in my room asking to change a filter. No knock. Nothing. Just took the key and walked in.
I was going to stay a bit later and work before I headed back home.
I spoke with the manager and he said I could stay in my room. But I felt completely unsafe as there was no regard to at least knock before they open a door. I do not recommend if you are traveling alone or don't want random people walking in your room.

The best option in the area for a comfortable stay. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores to choose from. Multiple entrances to make it easier to get in and out. A well lit parking lot too. A bit on the older side but the beds are comfortable and the place is well maintained and clean. Third time staying here for work trips.

This was a very poor experience for a Hilton property. For starters, it appeared that no one worked at this property. Multiple times we attempted to call the front desk or housekeeping, only to be met by a voicemail or never ending ringing. I've never heard of a VOICEMAIL for guest services in a hotel. On top of that, you have a QR code in the room for room service, only to not even offer it. We were told we had to walk down to an on-site restaurant and order. No phone orders were accepted either. When we went down to order we waited 10 mins, not a single bartender or sever came to the bar to help us. The bar was unattended by an employee for over 10 minutes. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else. This is a terrible property and Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on it. Do better!

Absolutely atrocious service. Stayed for my grandfather’s funeral, and after the service went to the hotel bar to have a drink with my family. The waitress refused to serve me because I have a vertical ID that very clearly says I’m 23 and is valid until next year. Completely ridiculous and upsetting.

Flew in from east coast on a work trip only to have the front desk tell me they don't have anything clean available come back in a half hour. I come back 3 hours later and someone else tells me the same thing but it will be ready by 3 pm. What kind of service withholds guest from checking in and has stuck in the city when you're from out of town? Shouldn't you prioritize the rooms being cleaned as guest arrive how has not 1 additional room been cleaned in the last 3 hours I will never come back.

Total disappointment! Don’t fall for the “vintage” trap!

Staying at this hotel has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They try to market the place as “vintage,” but the reality is that it’s just old, poorly maintained, and tacky. From the moment I arrived, the service was completely unprepared. At the front desk, no one could provide accurate information about my reservation, and when I asked for details, they gave me wrong information multiple times.

The worst part is they withhold important details about your booking, making everything confusing and giving you the feeling that you’re being deceived. The hotel is in a terrible state – it’s clear they haven’t invested a penny in maintenance, yet they insist this is part of the “charm.” Sorry, but letting the place fall apart isn’t charm, it’s negligence.

If you’re considering staying here, think again. For the price they charge, there are many better options with at least decent service…

All though the rooms were a little outdated still very nice as well as the Karma bar & dining room!!pool was nice, but would have even better with a hot tub, but would still probably stay here agin

Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Upon entering the lobby I see absolutely no one at the front desk. I had to ring the bell at the front desk to get someone to check me in. Felt like I was at some sort of Motel 6 or something of that caliber. The checking process was fine but impersonal. The customer service person checked me in and gave me my key but wasn't very friendly at all and didn't even tell me where my room was located or gave me any info on where the pool was, what time was breakfast or anything at all. Felt like she didn't really want to be there. I had to ask where the elevator was in order to get any information out of her. Walking through the hallways I noticed the carpet was a bit dated but kept clean. Room was clean and kept but also felt a little dated. The safe did not work so I was not able to use it. The mini refrigerator was extremely noisy. Window air conditioner was a bit noisy also but not much more than any other place that uses window air conditioners and I was able to turn it off.
Bed was pretty comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Shower was a little weak in water pressure but bathroom was clean and had plenty of lighting. Parking was fine but had to park on overflow parking area which is a little worn out and parking lines were a bit faded but there were plenty of available parking spots. Overall a comfortable stay but place could use a little sprucing up.
