If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So many complaints. First off I booked this room and the booking site asked me for my card information. One would think they would charge the card. I called ahead of time to confirm booking. Over the phone they could've said "just to let you know we don't charge the card on file. It has to be a physical card with a chip." But they didn't. I'm one who normally uses tap pay so I don't carry cards. By the grace of God after driving 4 hrs to Chicago I had my card in the car when they told me this information. Ok but that was ok. I go into the elevator and it smells like old mop water. But that was ok as well. The hallway carpet looks like it's coming up, there's folds here and folds there. But that was still ok. I go in the room and go to cut on the light and I'm like ok. This not what I expected but it'll do. I go to cut the lamp on and dust start flying everywhere. Ok maybe they just forgot about the lamp. Not a big deal. I go to close the curtains and they were filthy. Like they are never washed. I go to get my daughter in the shower and u look up and the shower has dirt all on it. The bathroom smelt like someone had just took a dump in it. Then I go to change the bed sheets which is something I always do to every hotel bed and have never had a problem with. So my bf asked the front desk clerk if we could get a new bedding set. He gave us a sheet set and said that's it. So I asked for a blanket and he said they didn't have any, u mean in the entire hotel there's not one blanket. So I asked for another sheet because I wasn't gonna sleep under the blanket that was already in the room. He said he wasn't gone give me another sheet cuz he gave me one. I said but what about something to sleep under. I can't get a sheet? He said no. He said if u have any complaints I can tell management in the morning. I really think that's a dumb rule. If they give u one sheet u can't get another one especially if you not gone sleep under the blanket. My thoughts was if the room was dirty how can I trust you change the sheets after every guest. I wasn't even there for an hr before I left that hotel. To not be able to accommodate your guest is ridiculous. To not have clean blankets is crazy. The rooms in my opinion don't look like the pictures at all. This is the first time I have ever left a hotel the same night. I feel like for 115$ a night you would at least get a clean room. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. Someone I want to be inconvenienced and don't care if they have a good time or not.

Absolutely awful filthy disgusting place! We got very little sleep because of all the noise going on outside from transients wandering around. There was feces on the walls on the lampshade, and there was other bodily fluids all over the bed dressings. Absolutely disgusting. We demanded our money back for our stay, and we haven’t heard back from them at all stay away from this place as if it were the plague it stinks. It’s disgusting and only booked there because booking.com gave it high praises! Never again booking.com!

Stayed here in July, not by choice and hated it. Booked a hotel stay at another location but it fell through, was forced to find something else very quickly. Unfortunately this was the closest location. The pictures online are very misleading, this place was nasty. The pictures that other guests are more accurate than the pictures provided online. The hall carpets were black, toilet ran all night, the halls stunk, and the rooms stunk (even asked to change rooms because the first one stunk so bad). Unfortunately at the time, there were strong thunderstorms in the area and tornadoes, so I didn't risk going somewhere else to stay.
If there was anything positive about the room, there were no bedbugs.
I have never been so ready to leave a place, and I will never again book a stay at Sleep Inn.

I only give the room a 3 star because it didn’t smell. It needs some caulking and a little upgrades to the bathroom but overall it was a decent stay. Now the hallways, were a whole different program. Carpet old and bolting up just makes no sense to not have been done the little work needed to make this hotel a real 3 star.

Easy to get to. Off to the side, very quiet and very close to shopping and food. Very helpful and considerate to all issues.

I wish zero stars were an option. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was filthy. There was some kind of grime and dirt on the walls, the floor was sticky, there was mold in the bathroom, the shower leaked, the carpets were atrocious. I hope I didn't leave with bedbugs.

Positive: Location to what I had planned to do while visiting the State Negative: I did not expect or like the uncleanliness of the lobby and my first room. It had an unbearable smell that made it impossible for me to breathe. I did ask for a change of room which was a little better, but not much. At least it smelled better.

Was in room 402 for the night and the heater is barely heating the room. Was told the clerk will report it to maintenance in the morning. Didn't offer to change rooms. Temperatures are in the low 20s to teens.
