We ordered our hot tub in Sept. It was back-ordered until early Jan. (Covid delays). It didn't arrive until mid-Feb. It was worth the wait. the delivery team was polite and quick. They arrived within the expected time frame. We love the Jacuzzi hot tub we purchased. Also, staff was helpful and answered all our questions. No one was pushy. John was our salesman.

We had our hot tub delivered on Wednesday, a week early! Huge thank you to Samantha who coordinated the delivery and let me know a spot open earlier and arranged to fit my schedule better. The delivery team arrived right on time and had our tub in place with cover and stairs Installed in no time flat. They let me know about the app that would get me started. Highly recommend this team!

Ordered a pool on July 21st 2024. As of September 19th, no one has set a foot in it. After set up, there was a leak in the liner. The sales support at the Tinley Park store has been totally worthless. Promise after promise and still no resolution.

We purchased a Sundance spa from the Great escape in Joliet in January of this year. Gus, the salesperson was very helpful and showed us models that would fit our needs, They were able to let us schedule delivery in April when better weather could be expected. The scheduler, Samantha, was very good. They allowed us to change delivery dates without a problem. They asked for and we sent pictures of the deck where the spa was going. They advised us to remove a few obstacles, such as a railing to make delivery easier. They gave us a 3 hour window the day before delivery, and also called on delivery day to give a more accurate time. The crew removed our old spa very professionally and placed the new spa on the deck. They checked with us to make sure placement was where we wanted. All in all, from purchase to delivery, the employees acted as a team and we were very satisfied with our experience.

The great escape has been a great experience in purchasing our first Spa. Samantha went above and beyond by coordinating our spas delivery within the time frame we needed to proceed with our overall construction project. We bought a hot tub from the Great Escape and what a super experience it was. Salespeople from the Tinley / Orland store were attentive, responsive and helped a lot with financing. The delivery and installation was coordinated by Samantha at the South Holland Warehouse. Samantha could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Her job entails not only scheduling but reviewing how and where the hot tub will be placed and any preparation needed. Very professional. Lastly, four guys delivered this giant piece of equipment at 7 o"clock at night. Very hard working, engaging guys. Got the (very heavy) tub situated and provided a training overview to myself. I'm sorry I did not get their names.

The overall experience was great from purchase to installation. I went to Great Escape on the suggestion of a satisfied customer. I, in turn, will recommend your company any time I am able to. Thanks for everything. Ray Carmody, Oak Lawn, Ill.

From the initial process of picking up the phone to inquire about a new hot tub all the way to delivery was a great process with The Great Escape! Dean took the time to explain to me every feature about the different model hot tubs that they offer at their showroom. Samantha in their delivery department was awesome getting my delivery scheduled and helped me rearrange the time that worked best for me. I highly recommend The Great Escape!

worst service and treatment ever experienced at Tinley Park location! We started out great with the service. We placed our order and the sales rep said "it will be delivered assembled to your garage or for an extra $60 they will set it up on your patio or deck for you!" We said garage is fine because the deck was still not complete. The delivery day comes and guys just set the boxes on a pallet by our garage and said there's no assembly by them! Sales rep gets mad at our frustration and then they turn it around on us that we didn't hear them or misunderstood them! To top it off we have yet to receive the cushions we ordered and we are the ones that keep calling to check only to be told they can't track the products arriving and that they are coming from other stores! We are now 1 month in and season is over without cushions and have no clue when they will arrive.
