Diya is terrible ! Her attitude, personality as well as her brow work . I came to this shop in the past and noticed my eyebrows were not correctly waxed , even in length or width after she waxed them . I tried to give her benefit of the doubt because she has just recently opened . But , today I returned. I stopped into her shop because she is really close to my home and I was running behind schedule for my event . Big MISTAKE !! I walked in and she instantly tried to thread my brows . She never asked what service I wanted . She literally rushed !!through servicing me . Note : there was never reason to rush because the place was completely empty!
I verbalized to her “ just clean up
My eyebrows , I don’t like them thin.
Literally 2 seconds later , she said “ ok done “ I looked in the mirror and instantly noticed that I now have two different!!! Eyebrows . One is much wider than the other as well as shorter in length . I told her and showed her in the mirror . This rude lady never took accountability , never apologized, and had the nerve to have a look of irritation on her face because she ruined my eyebrows !! . THEN had the nerve to ask would I like to tip . That was the joke of the day I gueee .I will NEVER ! Return to this business and I will be spreading the word about my experience to save others . I understand now why this place is always empty

My first experience here was terrible. I walked in and there’s one worker. As many people proceed to walk in for service , she is frantic and working quickly. As it was my time to be serviced , she rushed and waxed my eyebrows. Almost took off my entire eyebrow. Denied it and Walked away to help others customers and later said sorry. As she tried to fix my brows she made them worse. You can not grow brows over night. She is the worse person to ever touch my face and I will not be returning. If there’s barely any staff here , do NOT ATTEND. Their work is terrible. Attitudes are horrible.

Diya is amazing. When I initially arrived, I wasn't sure if I wanted lashes, brow tinting, or hair removal. I decided on tinting and hair removal. Diya was very professional and patient. She didn't rushed, she provided a great service and my brows and hair removal were the best ever. Next time, I'll get the lashes and let you all know about the service. I'm sure it will be beautiful!

I went in to get my brows tinted and had the worst experience of my life. She didn’t wipe my brows first , she only put the tint liquid on there and let it dry then told me I was done . She wiped my right eyebrow not my left after the tinted liquid “dried” . My eyebrows were uneven , one brow was darker then the other and when I asked her if she can make them even she told me no. “I didn’t clean up your eyebrows so once side takes color well and the other doesn’t “ were here exact words to me. I asked her to just wipe my brows altogether and she still charged me for tinted eyebrows even though I asked her to wipe them off because I didn’t like them. It’s like she missed certain spots on my eyebrows . I just knew they weren’t going to look good based off how quickly she applied the tint. 0/10 . I wouldn’t recommend them for tints and I will never come back again.

Diya was so nice she did me and my sisters eyebrows perfectly. She took her time. She was very nice so amazing. I love my eyebrows. She was very professional. It was nice and clean and very relaxing. I will definitely be back to see her. I’m thinking about making her my permanent eyebrow person because she’s amazing. I definitely recommend you guys come and check this lady out. She will not disappoint.
