Little hole-in-the-wall restaurant with great food. I tried the Meatloaf with mac-n-cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy for the sides. Also, the strawberry chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and everything was great.

First time here. Spoke to people about this place prior and also read some reviews in a local newspaper. Everything they said was true and accurate. The food is phenomenal. I will be coming back here more often. Great burgers with fries. I had the southern barbecue burger with coleslaw and bacon on it. Very tasty. A lot of natural grown foods are used

I just love this place! Hands down the best cooking/baking I have ever had in a restaurant setting! I have yet to eat anything I have not loved and order again whether that be a meal or sandwich or any of her delicious baked goods! All home made with love from the heart of this hard working Gal!
I am on here looking to see if she has added delivery to her services yet!
I work as a pet sitter and when staying overnights in a clients home I use the delivery apps to keep myself fed rather than attempt cooking in a clients home , when I last spoke with Ms.Shorty she was not offering their services much to my dismay as I would then order exclusively from her and her alone! Instead I am left to fast food ( certainly not my preference!) and a very small selection of non franchised restaurants in the area ( my first choice always!)
Ms Shorty please reconsider your decision!

I will always give this amazing place 5 stars!! The food is fantastic and the owner is such a beautiful soul. Everything is have had here is fantastic. The burgers and pies and chicken salad. Everything she makes. Please make it a new favorite of yours as well. You'll never be disappointed.

Hands down, the Best Home Cooking I've ever had, reminds me of my moms. Shorty does and outstanding job of everything she makes because she puts her heart and soul into it.
The wife and I have been there a couple dozen times and have always had excellent farm to table meals and desserts.
And after the outstanding meal you'll have, don't forget to try a piece of pie, cinnamon roll or brownie because it's all home made and utterly fantastic, (best banana cream and pecan pie on the planet).

All I can say is I love Shorty's Kitchen. I come in at least twice a week. My favorite is her special beef tips and noodles and her ground beef stroganoff. The food is always fresh and made from scratch. The ower is very friendly and she has a memory for what you like and do not like. I would recommend this restaurant if you want great fresh food.

Great place and it’s a one woman show! Argus beef on my burger wasn’t frozen and she tries to use veggies and herbs from her farm when possible. Great lunch!
