Our first trip to NOW Arena to see a Windy City Bulls game. Very impressed with the stadium. Plenty of food and drink stands. The food was good but we didn't see anything "unique" or signature. The view was good and we were at the top of our section. All of the seats were padded!! And to top it off it was very clean when we were there. We were so impressed we were discussing how soon we can schedule a return!

Reviewing venue and the show: Cirque du soleil. Parking is close, around 3 sides of building. Ticket scanners and safety checks are quick. Seating is very comfortable. We sat on main floor, 4 feet from stage.
The show was very visual, with mostly live musicians and some rather dangerous acts. They are very professional.
Plenty of restrooms, but there were lines during intermission.
It's a smaller venue, but not tiny!

I went to this place to enjoy Anirudh’s concert. The indoor concert hall is very nice. The only con is they don’t have enough restrooms in the hall. It’s a night mare if you need to use the restroom.

The food and water is very pricey inside. The parking too is expensive. It costs $20 per car to park.

We went to go see Cirque du Soleil at this venue and enjoyed it immensely. We loved how it was so close to where we lived and not in the city. Parking was fairly easy since we purchased online ahead of time. Very clean venue and easy to find seating.

Love this arena, went here twice already, one is for the life surge & the filipino heritage night bulls game! The food is delicious & staff are helpful & nice. Though my fault, have to leave early since i left my card in the parking lot and i can't stay the whole game without eating or drinking lol. And they are cashless arena, so i have to leave and stayed only 15 minutes due to no re entry.

Large indoor stadium for music or sports events. Lots of seating space.
Seats were comfortable. There is a small food and snacks place at the entrance. Cellphone reception is very poor inside and they wouldn't let me get inside without showing the Ticketmaster code. Had go in and out of the building 4 times to finally get the connection and hope it doesn't disconnect when I get inside.

We had an excellent experience going to the TobyMac concert at the NOW Arena. My granddaughter with autism had left her noise canceling headphones in the car.The NOW office has sensory bags to loan and saved the day! Thanks!
