An older Marriott hotel that is kept quite clean and has a certain charm to it. The breakfast selection changes every day and has a decent selection for a complimentary continental, and the front desk additionally provides free lemon water and a paid grab & go snack area.
The rooms (I had a king bed) are dated but well-kept, and I found no bedbugs or dirt amongst the sheets. The bathroom has a fairly large shower with a see-through glass door I was a bit nervous about shattering.
Overall, good vibes and good service. I’d stay here again if I visit Schaumburg again.

I was here for a conference. The rooms were really clean and service was exceptional. Erin Reyes ensured that we were safely picked up from the mall. David King at the front desk was really kind and thoughtful. Angelo was efficient and funny. Please stay here!!!

The room was clean and nice. We were there for the 2024 Mid America Oireachtas and it was super nice that they had a print out for us that gave us information about the area as well as they ran a shuttle to the Convention Center because the parking at that location is a nightmare. Parking at the Fairfield Inn however is not. I really like that they have a number of EV vehicle parking spots with charging and it is charge to your room. The hot breakfast in the morning is really nice. We didn't have time for the pool (much to my son's chagrin), but looking at it, it seemed very nice as well. Very well done and good hotel staff that you can tell really care about their patrons.

The room was just okay. I had a dead smashed spider on my ceiling that no one bother to remove. Our room was not cleaned the first night. Trash bags were missing from the trash receptacle. However the hotel did have a bar. Breakfast was a lot of carbs but Mediocre at best. Nice location close to mall and many shopping centers.

The room itself was nice and clean. There was however a VERY NOISY EVENT WITH LOUD MUSIC on a Sunday night that lasted until 11:00 at night. So loud you could not even hear the TV in my room. I was told it would end at 3 different times none of which were true. Very inconsiderate of guests at the hotel. Very disappointing. I won’t be staying there again!

The room was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The only improvement would be an upgrade to the in-room coffee, but otherwise, everything was fantastic. The gym had exactly what I needed, and a special thanks to Nancy M. and Erin for their excellent service! It would be great if there were a QR code in the room to allow guests to tip housekeeping digitally, as I rarely have cash on hand. Thank you!

Our room was clean upon arrival but the bed was soft yet uncomfortable. There is wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Wished there was a ceiling fan as well to help drown out hallway noise.

This was a great hotel. We love Marriott and everything was good here. The staff was nice and we had a kid catch a 3 lb bass in the lake behind the hotel. The outdoor seating area was nice for adults. Of course we were here for another set of Hockey games in Chicago. Would recommend.
