I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations, all thanks to Ari at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and a level of attentiveness that’s rare to find these days.
As someone who owns a company, I travel often and stay at a wide range of hotels, but Ari’s service stood out in a big way. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from check-in to small personalized touches that made me feel like more than just another guest. She’s not only excellent at what she does,she genuinely cares, and it shows.
you are incredibly lucky to have someone like Ari representing your brand. Her phenomenal service is the reason I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

Absolutely lovely hotel, nice staff. We definitely recommend for either a family fun filled with laughter by the pool or even a one calm night for yourself. My husband and I bring our two boys here and they Absolutely love it. The breakfast here also is outstanding!! Everyone here is so welcoming, you eventually all become family. 10/10!

What a wonderful place! The staff is terrific I’ll try to make the congratulations to Ari lady from the front desk what a fantastic job she is making once you come to the hotel she makes you feel so special that it makes you want come back every day the hotel is so lucky to have her, rooms are spectacular so clean and new pool is amazing and for a really affordable price! I’ll be coming back if you need a hotel in Arlington heights make sure you come here you’ll be in good hands.

My son had a flight canceled and it was 48 hours before he could get another to continue his flight to Tampa from Kenya.

Tired and exhausted, he made his way to the ground transportation, guided by Jay from Comfort Inn & Suites. Jay and his team took it from there, go above and beyond to make sure my son had everything he needed.

I happened to book at this hotel when my grandmother went into hospice. She died on my second night booked here. The hotel staff were incredible the entire week I stayed here. They were incredibly supportive and thoughtful. Special shoutout to Jay and Ari for being angels during the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

The lobby was in pretty good condition but the hallway rugs were a bit dirty in the room one wall had the corner all chewed up in pretty rough condition. The brightest spot was when I arrived was being greeted by Ari who was just the most pleasant woman I've ever dealt with in a hotel. She was a gem and helped me out by going way above and beyond the call of duty. She's an asset to your company.

I had an issue at the hotel, but Jay resolved it and assured me it would not have any and if I stay there

Hotels in a great location lots of places to eat not too far from the super mall which by the way is unlike any mall, I’ve been to in the last five years incredible

But the hotel itself is extremely clean. My room was fantastic for three or four days and other than the barking dog which has been resolved. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jay.

5 stars ; comfortable and amenities as I needed. Pool house and gym plus needed thereafter laundry . Big big breakfast nice and early that’s all you can eat so I went back for round 2 . Friendly staff and up to date rooms. Also pet friendly. Super easy and welcoming stay ; without issue . 5star spot
