**Exceptional Service from Pedro at Comfort Inn Schaumburg**

I cannot say enough good things about Pedro at the Comfort Inn in Schaumburg! My daughter and I found ourselves in a stressful situation when our flight home was unexpectedly diverted, leaving us stranded in Chicago with nowhere to go. From the moment we walked into the hotel, Pedro went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

His warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. He was eager to help, ensuring we had a comfortable room and even offering recommendations to make our unexpected stay as smooth as possible. Pedro’s kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to assist during such a chaotic time truly made all the difference.

Comfort Inn is lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee. Thank you, Pedro, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! We are so grateful!

Do not go here they will rip you off! My husband and I went to a wedding and decided to get a room instead of driving an hour and a half To stay with his family! We booked the room on booking. Com and paid on my card! We get there and have to also pay 120 dollars cash for them to hold incase we smoked in the room and if there were any damages which I understand! Even thought we are smokers we didn’t smoke in our room. We went outside everything and smoked in our car in the cold that night and morning. When we go to checkout they said they had 3 employees go in the room to check it and the room smelled of smoke!! My husband explained we went to car every time to smoke in the car, windows were up due to it being cold, so if they did smell smoke it was because it would have been on our clothes and out clothes smell of smoke!! I don’t believe they smelled smoke I believe it was a setup too just keep our money because WE didn’t smoke in the room!!! If I would have known they was going to keep 20 for processing fee, no big deal on the 20, but to keep our 100 and acuse us of smoking in the room wich we didn't! If i would have known we would of smoked all over the room!! so they kept our money and accused us of doing it when we didn't! i will never go to another comfort inn again! beware they will rip you off especially if your a smoker!

Won't honor my Service Animal for waived fee. Showed my paper work with registered SA number - did not ask the correct question and would not as per website, waive the $30/night fee. Website also says, "soundproof rooms". Not at all. This is your typical cheap motel, nothing more. Such a rip off. Don't believe the ratings on hotels.com - it's 11:30 pm and I can hear every footstep, every conversation from the neighboring rooms. This place is not 'pet friendly'. Some people serve their Country, some just abandon theirs... Come here and degrade American culture. That simple. Stay elsewhere.

Would have been better off sleeping in my car….

Pray the room next to you is vacant, Motel 6 thin walls. Could hear every word next door and they weren’t being allowed, got me a 2 hour nights sleep. Total waste of money.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff were nice. Some of the front desk workers were rude and had nasty attitudes. One of the assistant managers were rude and very unprofessional. I didn't know his name. We checked in last Saturday to this Wednesday morning and checked out. We will never come back to this hotel. I will tell our friends and family to go elsewhere. Oh and you are told to bring your dirty towels to the front desk for you to get fresh ones. They count every towel you bring them. That's just disgusting and unsanitary to us. I never knew that hotels would ever have to do that wow. All Comfort Inns are the same. This is our second time staying at a Comfort Inns Hotel. We stayed at the one hotel in Rosemont and they were no better. No laundry is available for you to wash your clothes. They need to show some respect and be kind to people who stay at their hotel. Very disappointed! Bad experience for me and my family. ):
