Experience is awesome ,very clean rooms ,24 hour security. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable , competitive prices, centrally located to restaurants and shops near by. Quiet ,family friendly, and pets welcome. Its been very pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chicago. 'Hayat' at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made my check-in process seamless. She offered great recommendations for exploring the city, which was especially helpful as I was new to Chicago and traveling from the UK. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

Rooms are okay, you get what you pay for and I’m cool with that. I stay here often and the service seems to get worst. The self service checkin for all hours is very annoying. It makes sense for after hours but they keep changing there policy’s. Currently they now want all the license plates info for all vehicles and will make you leave and walk out to get it. Using a tag, or just make and model would be more customer friendly then making a gist walk out in the cold to take a picture of a plate.

Positive: It's ok as 2star budget hotel. Negative: Staff wasn't friendly, room soap container was empty, had to request for replacement, coffee was days old, no fresh coffee available at front desk

I had a fantastic stay this week at this place and the service was perfect and hayat made my checkin easy and gave me a better room. I’ll surely go there again when u travel to Chicago next time.

Awful service first of all got nothing but an attitude the whole time I was there, mold growing in the caulking all over the bathroom. Holes being the sink, above the shower head, water leaking out of it when shower is turned on, room was dirty and blood stained towels to use as “clean” if I was penny pinching because of the holiday I would definitely of stayed somewhere else -10/10

Positive: Atleast you can get towel change when asked for Negative: Communication was poor and they treat their guests really bad especially if you are late paying at 11am. Seen guest?s thrown out for paying 10 -20 minutes after 11am and they cancel there reservation.
