Breakfast was amazing. Beds are super comfy.

The pool however, it states on their website it’s a heated pool the temperature of the pool is no where near a heated pool. When asked staff was very rude and said they called in a maintenance guy. A pool shouldn’t be 66 degrees for a hotel swim and the air was on in the room it should be blowing hot. Never will stay again.

The Comfort Inn in Schaumburg exceeded my expectations! The room was not only affordable but also comfortable, with a cozy bed and great amenities. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was always available and eager to help with any requests. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. It’s in a prime location, just a short drive from shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn, and I was thoroughly impressed! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. I had a restful night, and the breakfast spread in the morning was a great start to the day. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Schaumburg!

My stay was disappointing. The location was pretty good, though. Some of the staff seemed not to be interested in assisting customers; always on their phone. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no hooks or towel racks to hang your towels, either. The room was set up strange and king rooms are very small. I cut my ankle on a nail or staple that was sticking out of the chair in the room. The front desk didn't have any bandaids or even a first aid kit. They didn't care if I got it on the sheets and dripped it on the floors.That was strange of such a big hotel. We couldn't find a snack machine or ice, either. Parking was acceptable. And, now the alarms are going off at 8am. I think another hotel would be a better choice for everyone.

I had to book the room based on a delayed flight. Upon looking at the reviews I would have never booked on my own. Additionally, with all the negative reviews and then the 1/2 heart apology replies... It is clear they don't care.

Our room smelled of urine... It was disgustingly strong. Furniture is beat up and well used.

It was difficult to communicate with them and then accused of not understanding English.

There are several families living at the hotel. Nothing wrong with this except we were obviously in their way and messed up their schedule.

nice ladies working there but the rooms and elevator smelled like chemicals (marijuana/cigarettes) even though it says 100% smoak free we found a lighter in our hotel drawer, no cleaning done well, dirty towels were in the closet when we first entered. the wifi was barely working, very slow, bad for kids

If I could, I would give this hotel no stars. I booked my room on Choice Privileges. I got a discount and was excited about the stay ( it was located in a beautiful area and I was going to a Halloween party). The plan was to check in, put my things away, then head to my boyfriend house so we could go to the party. I went to the room and immediately was not happy. Dead bugs near the window, brown stains on the pillows and walls in the bathroom. The fridge wasn't completely clean. Called the front desk and told them about the room. She suggested I change rooms. The front desk gives me a new key, and I drag my things to the next room. Guess what? Same situation but worse. More brown stains in the bathroom, hair in the fridge, and the microwave is full of food stains. I call the front desk and she says she will get housekeeping. I am expecting someone with a full cart of cleaning supplies. Instead, a man ( who barely speaks English) with a towel and spray. I felt sick to my stomach and just told him I was checking out. I'm very disappointed! Wish I could get a refund, but it's non-refundable. Take my advice there are better hotels that are decent and clean.

Extremely poor experience here. Rude, unfriendly staff and unknowledgeable about many things. Was not greeted in any sort of way and was asked directly for my ID instead. Staff was touching their phone more than talking to me as a hotel guest. They were also sleeping at the front desk and neglected to even help me.

Beds are really high and sit up to about 4' high. Pieces of the bed frame poked out and we're "covered" by the sheets but we hurt our toes and shins many times trying to walk through the room. They attempt to hide these bed frames when the beds don't sit fully on the frames. This caused us many injuries. Barely any walkway through the room and beds. Toilets and bathtubs are extremely dirty with poop and pee stains and hair and pubic hair still on the walls. Refrigerator had food residue mold in it and aren't even clean. Bathrooms have no working fans or air vents so it gets extremely stuffy, hot, and humid after 1 shower.

We booked a room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. Went to the front desk to ask for more and the staff there said she couldn't get more and we had to wait to the next day to get more. She pretended to go check the back but we told her we would stay at the desk until she came back then she actually attempted to get towels.

Fitness center is nearly non existent. There's no ventilation in there and the room is as big as a regular room with a king bed. Pool smells and stinks of body odor. The pool also opens at 10am, 1hr before the checkout time which is insane.

When we went to get breakfast to bring up to our rooms, the kitchen staff chased after us and told us we weren't allowed to bring food into our rooms. What's the point of having a refrigerator and microwave for then? So we ended up not getting any breakfast at all even though we were just bringing some food back to our toddler.
