This hotel is very conveniently located, just off the 90. Really good size parking lot with parking on three different sides, no problem parking a truck or trailer here. The staff was great, courteous and professional. The hotel has a really large reception area with lots of seating for the restaurant and the bar. I appreciate the way that the Hilton Garden Inn leaves water bottles in your room, that are free if you’re a rewards member, versus giving them to you at the counter and having to take them with you. They also give you a $10 credit off the breakfast or an option for extra points, I’m not sure if this is a rewards member benefit or available to everybody. There’s a really nice fitness center next to the pool, It’s not large, but it has a couple treadmills and a bike, and a full rack of dumbbells. I didn’t use the hotel restaurant, but instead walked across the street to a brewery bar called the Magic Monk, which was great, I would definitely recommend it and eat there again. There’s also a large IMAX movie theater next to the Magic Monk. My only complaint about the hotel is they don’t use the soft close doors, so early in the morning you hear a few doors slam shut. It didn’t sound like they were right next to me but somewhere else on the floor, and it’s loud enough to wake you up for sure. Aside from the door noise, I like this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a number of times. The rooms are clean, the pool and fitness area are lovely. But the best part is the staff. They are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious as well. Lynn who waited on us was so lovely. She took such good care of my son and me. We will definitely be back!

I always get a good nights rest when I stay here. The Breakfast is yummy! They will even make you some fresh fried eggs and bacon if you ask(Thanks Lynn). And best of all, the people. Whether it's Rob"s fun energy at the front desk or Lynn greeting me with a kind smile even before I've sat down for breakfast. A great place to stay for sure.

My husband and I got married near this hotel and had blocked off multiple rooms for our wedding party. The rooms were clean and comfortable -- all of our guests had a great time! Specifically, Priscilla Reyes helped us coordinate all the rooms, was very responsive, and extremely helpful/kind!! She helped the whole experience be smooth and ensure a great stay!

We stayed at this hotel for one of our kiddos sporting events. The hotel is clean, the room was clean the bathroom cleanliness was ok. We found a few stray hairs and the shower had a dirty kind of feeling to it. ||The 15.99 breakfast buffet was not good. Your options are cereal, toast, muffins, oatmeal, two different egg options which were runny both day, mediocre sausage and potatoes. The breakfast at the Hampton Inns is much better and almost identical. ||We had no hot water in our room, by the time we discovered we had no hot water, it was to late to move rooms as one kid was sleeping (long day, when we finally got checked into our room). Luckily, we were friends with the people who had the adjoining room, so we had to go over there if we wanted to shower. ||The walls in the hotel are also paper thin, we could hear every knock at someone’s door, the conversation in the rooms around us. ||Would we stay here again? Maybe, but we would definitely save the money and bring our own breakfast and hopefully have hot water next time.

This hotel has a very attractive lobby and desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was very cold out and I would have loved to have seen the fireplace blazing with warmth. The room was attractive and clean. The only issue we had was that you couldn't regulate the temperature in there very well. It was either too warm or too cool. The breakfast buffet had ample and delicious food. Everyone in that area was friendly and helpful. We would stay again in the future.

I've decided to change my review for one reason. I don't appreciate being charged for 2 bottles of water that I never drank. I clearly read the sign and they were only free for reward members. Housekeeping said they didn't see any bottles on the shelf. Well they were there when I left! I purchased a gallon of water for half the price of one bottle that was offered in the room. She probably took it and tried to blame it on me. But i did get a refund. Overall the stay was good.

Breakfast was fast and delicious just ordered from the menu so didn’t have to pay for the buffet. The server Lynn was very attentive and refreshed my coffee right away and was pleasant and friendly. This is one of the best HGIs I’ve stayed at also ate wings for dinner and they were delicious as well.
