Definitely could be better, especially for a Hilton.

The first room we got smelled like someone just cooked a whole curry dinner in it 5 minutes before we got there..... we couldn't stand it and didn't want all of our stuff to smell. Then they moved us to another room immediately, which was good. The room had a few open and loose outlets, definite safety hazard. Overly cheap furnishings and a hard as a rock futon sofa that was sold as a pullout sofa. Bare minimum kitchen stuff.

The breakfast was very good though for a continental breakfast, I have to say.

With the exception of tge fowl smelling garbage disposal, the rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and they responded immediately to alleviate the odor emanating from the sink. They had evening socials which was a perk and excellent breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for long term stay. Small frig and 2 burner stove. King size bed. My only 2 knock was not enough hot water. But that could be everyone was taking a shower in the building. The two men at the front desk was nice and polite. Even called after a hour after we arrived to see if the room was okay for us.

I wasn't a fan of the 250 dollar incidental fee, but the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. Lots of homemade items that you don't normally see at a hotel breakfast.
Quiet and we felt safe . I would definitely return in the future.

Stayed there twice. In September and November. Both rooms were missing the Right Sheer Curtain. Complained the second visit, and was told they didn't have any more curtain panels. This is a generation 1 styled location, and you must walk outside to customer service, dining, laundry... I was put in aroom that smelled like dirty wet carpeting. I was switched to a other room, the next day one of the housekeeping staff opened the door while I was dressing! I felt violated, the Assistant Manager refused to give me the workers name. No one wears name tags. GO TO A NICER, CLEAN LOCATION.

The room was very cold, even with the heater on, they gave us a room with an emergency door and they spent the whole night and day slamming the door. The bathtub was clogged with water. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I have come to this hotel many times, but this time I was disappointed. I don't think I will return.

We had a really bad experience from the start to the hotel room itself. From desk receptionist handled us very badly despite having Hilton honors and delaying our by initially saying there are no rooms available and after quizzing further more for ~30 mins, she finally gave us room saying our reservation didn't come through just until now but we clearly had booked a week early and also called in the hotel and confirmed the same. Room was really shabby, with tiles broken in living room, couch dirty and with tears & rips, with bathroom vanity lights not working completely, with dirty bathrooms, with bathroom doors getting jammed and needing extra force to close or open, this specially was very difficult with out little one as she wasn't able to open or close bathroom doors without our help. We are very disappointed and feel cheated since we're given a really shabby room.
