Go solid value for your travel dollar. Gym and pool better then most hotels. Conference rooms available.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh but like most is available in the lobby area. I'd prefer a less open space without a draft from the door but still comfortable and clean.
Nothing fancy about the rooms but they are clean and functional.
Of the many hotels bunched together in this area you may want to pick this one because I see no real faults here.
In warmer weather it would be nice to sit by the pond or use the BBQ grills out side.

Pricey option in the area but effective if you need a two bedroom suite.

Rooms were clean enough and had the necessary appliances for a decently long stay.

We stayed a night here and a number of dance competition kids were in the hotel. Super noisy due to them running around early in the morning.

My stay here was loaded with problems from the start and ended with some crazy billing problems. Booked a week stay here to get out of the house while floors were getting redone.

(1) Requested early check in on the Marriot app - which seemed to confirm it as my check in time was always listed at 12 PM. Arrived with pets in tow at 1 PM. Told me room wasn't ready. Had to pack pets back into the car and figure out what to do with them for hours. Room wasn't ready until 4 PM. A whole HOUR after NORMAL check in time.

(2) Can't speak to housekeeping as we didn't request it during our stay due to our cats being kept in the room. The room itself was rather outdated, but was quiet and spacious.

(3) Upon getting close to the end of the stay, realized with our schedule that a late check out would be best for us. Requested it. Got denied. Which did make me extra salty since check in was such a pain (see point 1). So....

(4) Booked an extra night just so I could check out late. And also funny that I couldn't check out late for my room, but could book an extra night.............in the same room... The rest of the nights were already prepaid. Once they settled my bill, they charged me an extra $2200. Somehow, booking an extra night cancelled out my prepaid rates for the 6 nights before. And they charged me a standard rate for the entire stay and collected the extra night plus the extra.

(5) Called the hotel to enquire why there was almost 4k of charges now on my card. The manager was apologetic and said they would get it fixed. Took a few days, but ultimately refunded me some money. The extra night I booked (since they wouldn't let me check out late) cost me over 700 bucks.

Honestly, I usually let a few things slide...but this was legit a total PITA of a stay and to deal with the aftermath.

Extremely clean, new looking furniture, a lot of outlets, quiet, the king size bed is comfortable, nice size walk in shower with awesome water pressure. Rooms include a microwave, coffee maker with supplies, and a mini refrigerator. Very cozy, great job management and staff! Good parking.

This place is OK unless you want to take a hot bath or shower. My third week in three different rooms and all the same. Water pressure is so low it takes close to 30 minutes to fill the bath tub with lukewarm water.

I booked a stay for July and August of 2024, and booked it many months in advance. I received a written confirmation from Marriott. When I arrived, I was told my dates had to be changed (due to a new law in Schaumburg, IL) and as a result Marriott changed the daily rate for almost every day of my stay. I also had to find another place to stay for August. I complained to the General Manager of the hotel, but he is a puppet and unable to make any real decisions, so he did basically nothing. I then went to Marriott - as I am a 40 year customer - and so for they have done nothing. All I want is for Marriott to honor the prices on the reservation that was confirmed to me. I am afraid they will not do so, so I urge everyone to never stay at this hotel.

Avoid this hotel if you are booking as a group!

Everything here was great, until we rented a conference room.

Staff came in and said you can't have any alcohol in the space we rented unless it was from the bar. The claim was that the rented space was public and there is no alcohol in public spaces.

If you rent a private space, when is this considered public now. Bar person came in at the end of the night and said she was going to make sure we were fined because there was alcohol in the room. Yet everyone had been purchasing from the bar.

Okay place to stay for individuals, but do not recommend if you have a group. There's a Hilton next door and other hotels nearby, will definitely look there instead for a group.

The rooms were nicely appointed with kitchenette supplies. The staff was awesome and the gym and pool were very nice as well. The free breakfast was a bargain and when you consider traveling with 2 adults and a child or two, the breakfast alone saves you $40 per day even for a simple breakfast out.
