Great breakfast, I look forward to trying their lunch options! Biscuits were light and fluffy, gravy was well seasoned, bacon was nice and crisp. Fresh ground coffee definitely makes the mornings better!

Their tenderloins are awesome, and the owner happily works behind the grill sending out incredible food.

Corporate fast food joints don’t appreciate your business, shop (and snack) small!

Some good food, very affordable, and great people that served me. If you can look past the paper and plastic tableware and no bathroom if you stay. By what I ate was very good if you love tenderloin and your a hungry man get the Grandaddy tenderloin you may not need fries my friend. Great place for family had dinner tonight for $45 I would have spent 70 at McDonald’s for smaller amount of food. Maybe a little wait for food if they are busy but no more than ten minutes last time.

I’ve been going to Porkies for years, and it’s definitely a solid spot for a quick, tasty bite. The food is consistently good, earning a solid 4/5 for flavor and quality. The service is friendly and efficient, making for an all-around enjoyable dining experience.

The atmosphere, while still cool, feels a little dated, which is why I’m giving it a 3/5 in that department. It’s not the most modern setting, but it still has its charm. Overall, Porkies is a great choice for a no-fuss, satisfying meal. Whether you’re in the mood for some fast food or just want to grab a quick bite, this place delivers. Would definitely recommend!

Nostalgic, local place for tenderloins. They have multiple sizes of sandwiches. They also have burgers and hot dogs. It’s very quaint. It’s also pretty cheap. I love to bring my kids out to eat here.

Went to get a tenderloin and asked for extra onion and pickle cut in 1/2 or 4 which ever didn’t matter! Got home and it looked like a muster and pickle mess! Probably 20 pickles per quarter sandwich if not more and mustard so thick it was not edible! Had to discard buns and wipe of what I could! I paid for 3 extra buns and if it was so much work you had to sarcastically put that much mustard and pickle on sandwich that’s terrible! No way shape or form should that even be tolerated! I have supported this restaurant for many many years and do not think I will return! It was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even ask for extra mustard! It was a pickle mustard pie! Thanks for ruining our lunch!

Let me start by saying i travel the U.S.A. for work and I have frequented this restraunt many times over the years and it is a great restraunt with great food but the workers are what make this place unique .... i have yet to meet a rude worker in the last 15 years of coming here .... i have been greeted with a smile and usually jokes and such as i am waiting for my food .... even the manager DAMIEN is great .... hes a character but always smiling with the rest of the crew and always pitching in where he can ....when i stop in the quad cities this is always my 1st stop.... now to the food ..... you have to try the grandaddy tenderloin..(ask for an extra bun and to have it cut in half it will feed 2 adults) .... the shrimp dinner here is what my daughter normally gets and i tend to steal a peice or two ..... it is always cooked to perfection never burnt or soaked with fryer grease ... overall the food is great and the atmosphere is good vibes and its a great small town eatery they have been around as long as i can remember and somehow as the generations come and go they always seem to find great smiling people to work here ..... you wont be disappionted if u stop in here
