Geniunely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to..

The manager was hurting me & digging his nail into the bud of my finger. This is literally an OLD MAN!!! I am a 5’2, 18 year old girl. This old man had a vendetta against an 18 year old girl, went as far as to HURT me. Physically hurt me. He dug into my finger bud & applied force while looking me in the eyes. He started flirting with me & asking where I was from, when I refused to answer, he began bullying me. The end result of my nails were extremely botched and poor work. He refused to fix my nails the day of and refused to refund me. So we rescheduled to fix the nails. I said 5pm on Wednesday, he put me down as 4pm so I can purposely miss my appointment. I called back and he said he will no longer take me, To ‘go to another nail’ and to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Beware for the abuse & poor service. The manager is extremely rude, abusive and disgusting!!!! DO NOT COME HERE, I’M WARNING you!

Terrible and horrible customer service, they don’t treat black people well as they do to the white folks. They don’t think you understand what they’re saying in their language but some of us are translators or people that speak more than one language and can understand everything they be speaking on in their language. They’re extremely rude, terribly rude just beyond RUDE!! One of the employees saw this plus size black lady walk in and immediately shouted “OI” and shocked her head and had her eyes widened the whole time while staring at this lady up and down. I can’t and will not recommend this salon to my friends or my worst enemies. They over price so much but their work isn’t even good enough to be pricing the way they do. This salon is strictly just not for us colored humans, but if you’re white with money they’ll take care of you real good! God bless and keep yall fingers and toes safe! Don’t go if you love your pockets and fingers!!

LAST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. WAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT CALLED THEY SAID COME ON IN TWO MINUTES WENT INSIDE WAS TOLD THERE IS A APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF ME. THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME. FOUND A MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER PLACE ELITE NAILS JUST DOWN THE AVENUE. WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE SOONER.

I was looking for a new nail salon and came here to Luxury Nails. The owner Don did a good job on my nails. However, I was charged a $5.00 fee for them taking my polish off, because they didn't put it on. Never heard of this before but he said it was a one time charge. ...I went back. One girl took my polish off, another did my manicure, and a third polished them. I had a cats eye detail which is just a magnet held above the nail to make a mark. I was charged $10.00 for the cats eye. (Never charged extra for that anywhere else) AND was charged the $5.00 again for taking polish off. Very pretty salon, my nails looked nice but I won't go back. The extras they charge are ridiculous.

I love Luxury Nails! I had another great experience today. I got dipped nails with a French tip, and they look great. I love how they are durable but not super thick feeling nails. I'll definitely be back!

I should have looked at the reviews before I came 🙁 the lady didn’t know how to paint nails she had polish in all the wrong spots :/ the man had to fix it but he made my nail shape thick and chunky I was thinking about having them remove them but since it was Memorial Day weekend I just kept it. Nails different sizes and the man stopped and started my nails about 10 times.

** so I went back for birthday nails,the tech I had my good experience with was not there at the time of my visit so I was sat with someone else...**Terrible experience** if you are not a familiar face or a regular to them, you dont get good treatment! The tech kept leaving during my application to help a regular customer even though I had an Appointment. the nails were ugly and she got an attitude when I asked for her to correct my length and shape of a few nails...I just didn't like the service I got as a paying customer especially when paying 80+dollars
