Nice venue speaking from a DJ vendor perspective. Building is good for a small group. It is certainly out there! Google maps is your friend here. This was a bigger crowd and the event was outside under a very large tent. Power was adequate but still had some power drop off when the AC kicked on in the building. I left the sub at home because there wouldn't be enough power for that too.
Ceremony was out side. Plenty of room for that. There was also plenty of room for parking in the field next to the building.
You aren't going to offend anyone if you get loud.
The elk onsite was a cool touch.
As a vendor I have no knowledge of cost.
