I had to find a place to stay for my son State tournament and I found this hotel.
I made two reservations. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming. My second reservation this young man went over and beyond. I had to switch rooms and there were no hesitation with doing this. I wanted to make sure I did not leave out housekeeping. Ms. Whitney Who cleaned up room 312 during my stay thank you for all your help 😊 and My God bless you on your journey sweetheart. Who ever is reading this the Hotel is by everything from Starbucks, five an below, restaurants, casino etc and the hotel is only 8 months old. You want be disappointed and trust me I only go to 5 star 🌟 🤩 hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The hotel was located in a very easy to find spot- and even though was located near the freeway- the rooms were quiet. The hotel staff was super friendly upon check in- they really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great! The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work- and sometimes have a hard time falling asleep- but the hotel bed was super soft and I crashed hard! The breakfast was fantastic- and had a lot of healthy choices available. I especially liked the exercise/gym- which was available 24/7.

Pretty nice Holiday Inn. It was convenient for my drive to my job. Their are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the location. The rooms are comfortable and large. They have a guest Landry room, a gym, business center and a little store for eats if you don't want to leave the hotel. The breakfast in the morning changes every day so you kinda have a restaurant feeling.

I stayed here for just under two weeks for work and the staff is incredibly polite! The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff really does seem happy to be there and to help. Breakfast was good, and the lobby area is very clean. My only complaint would be that there is a train station nearby, and it can get loud at night. However, it is not too loud to affect sleeping. The pool was unavailable due to construction, but that was not an issue for me. The ladies working at the front desk were incredibly nice as well, and are happy to be there.

The staff were really friendly and informative. The rooms were also spacey and neat. Big tv with lots of channels. I had a walk in shower and it was clean the soaps were stocked. Overall very nice stay!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Alton over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel is new and very nice. The property is clean, staff is friendly, and the rooms are well-thought out, comfortable, and quiet.

We didn't have breakfast, but it looked great - a continental breakfast with a variety of options. Dining area looked very inviting and it was quite full when we checked out.

Great stay. We will be back!

We needed a room for one night, my husband and I checked inn thinking this was a new building and expected a much cleaner facility. It was not clean& that was obvious from the elevators to the room. The lobby had spill marks from mid way to the elevator. Looked like it had been there for a while. In our room there were tiles missing and it looked like the grout had been applied by a four year old. It was like the motel had been here for years rather than just a couple of months open. We won’t be coming back. My husband is a diamond elite. Was not a good experience

The hotel and the room were modern, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to be greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The only issues for me, which are certainly subjective, were that the pillows were too soft and that there were no wash cloths in the restroom. Otherwise, my stay was very comfortable. Nice large TV; breakfast options were many and delicious.
