Very peaceful spot on SIUE campus. The pond has lots of turtles and deer walk around in the woods frequently. I love the pine trees and many places to sit.

The lantern is a...um...a neat thing! I'm not really sure what it is exactly, but it's a beautiful area off of the SIUE gardens trail. It has a footbridge leading to a space overlooking a small pond. I see a lot of people have professional photography shoots there so it must be really good for that! I know my dog enjoys walk so it's good for that too.
