I stayed here for 2 weeks and at the last two day I would come back from a hard day of work. Was going to have a coffee with my Hazelnut sugar free coffe, open up the refrigerator and to my surprise everything that I left in there was gone, 3 proteinshakes. Even my protein shakes and my shampoo which was in the bathroom where gone. I asked the front desk and they said that the maid wasn't there but, would ask her in the morning, bs |The desk clerk found my shampoo on the maids cart. Figure that. And, yesterday she did it again took everything from the refrigerator again, protein shake of 4 are 20 dollars, they had no record of that on their camera but, why would I lie, so, they are calling me a liar also. I had paid til Friday morning, but the desk clerk said I am to pay for Thursday night I have the receipt statement for Friday morning check out. Then the check said I was bared from staying there in the future which is bs. I will never stay there again lol I think the manager should of done something about what the maid did. But, nothing.

The hotel is clean and the staff we've met are nice and friendly. However, the first room we had the tv didn't work, and they moved us to another with some damage to it. We took photos for our protection. I had to ask for towels, etc, because there were none in the room. The Continental Breakfast is bare minimum and not flavorful. No salt, pepper, or condiments available except butter packs. The beds are uncomfortable and hard. There are only 2 pillows on the bed. Some rooms have a small black throw pillow, others don't. I had to ask the maid for a suitcase stand because the second room didn't have one. I had to get a DND door sign off the cart because our room didn't have one. The hotel is pet friendly, though... we saw a beautiful shepherd with another couple staying here. It's a fairly new hotel from what I was told and again it is very clean with good staffing. However, all in all, I can only give this place 3 stars. Hopefully, they will improve the amenities and keep the current staffing since they were all so good to us.

Edited review...paid for a week(7 days) but moved out after 3 days due to getting a home of my own...its past a week later & still have not received my deposit back or the 4 days owed back to me from moving out early....not happy at all
I'm now at 10 days after moving out of here & still no refund of 4 days I didn't stay there from the week I paid for nor has my deposit been returned. My next step since I just tried to call up there and was rudely talked to and hung up on will be to call better business and the company that sponsors this motel because they are not returning money due to me after move out

Have been staying here afew weeks due to being homeless & it's close to my job. Rooms are spacious..clean and staff is friendly. Good weekly rates. This is the best of the 2 motels I've stayed in during my crisis..and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quiet place to rest their head. Close to bus lines if needed n there's a great taco truck n gas stations within walking distance.

Update: they promised to return my deposit after leaving this review. That never happened.
Stole my $50 deposit after I tried multiple times to get it back. Both rooms had tvs that didn’t work and took over an hour to check in. Sheets were stained and had hair in them. I requested a new room which took way too long to figure out. Mismanagement is your biggest problem. Clearly a dump

Positive: Always had a warm shower Negative: The bed was super uncomfortable, the bed only had 2 pillows, the breakfast was very minimal and went fast, they key card didn?t want to work majority of the time

from the weed smoke that you can smell throw the hall n in ur bathroom. As well as the people fighting in their room spilling out in to the hall. Random people trying to fight you outside. Other then these things it wasn't half bad rooms are clean and not outdated. Decent Internet for streaming Netflix Hulu.

Beware, bed bugs!

Immediately after we found the bugs, we checked the mattress, which was disgusting. Covered in poop, hair, and fleas. I spoke to the front desk, who notified me I would not receive a refund until pest control had verified their presence.

We left, only to find 3+ drifters aiming for the parking lot. Glad we got out ASAP! Don't expect a refund from this hotel when you report the issue either. I have called 5+ times, each time I have been told the manager who handles refunds will call me back.

Nice n cheap but the no carpet kinda made it to feel not so comfortable. Then the wait for them to check the room before I get my money back.... Lol I guess that's the lower end of life. Not bad for the price... Breakfast sucks.
