Although the room is nice, and facility is decent over all, it's very apparent that several families are living there. Families with lots of kids. Loud, sugar fueled kids. I'm working nights and trying to sleep during the day. I've been woken up every day by loud banging, kids screaming, and I've called the front desk and complained daily. They say they will handle it, but the noise persists with no relief. Now I'm working severely sleep deprived. Also, I've brought a service animal, which seems to be a problem. Management has a weight restriction on any animal, which is illegal for service animals. They also insisted on charging me for my animal, which is also illegal. They continued to insist even after I told them they can't do that by law. In summary, not a bad place for cleanliness, but I will definitely never stay there again just because of the noise alone.

Best super 8 I have stayed at EVER!!||The room service is amazing and very courteous, Sam who worked at the front desk was the absolute best!! If I needed anything or had any questions he was more than happy to help me! Absolutely would recommend everybody to come stay here you definitely will be satisfied. And not to mention the rooms are amazingly clean!

The staff, for the most part, were really super nice. They were patient when we accidentally booked the wrong night and had to make changes.||The breakfast was definitely one of the better ones I've had. The rooms were super big and amazingly clean.||The toilet paper and one of the hand towel were folded in cute designs (shown in pictures)||Would definitely recommend anyone to stay

There is a reason this hotel is cheaper than most. The quality simply is not there. Be aware the "free breakfast" is only coffee, granola bars and donut packages. You will likely need to factor the cost of going out to eat breakfast into your stay. The lobby and halls smell like weed and cigarette smoke. Bedding is stained, and may have cigarette burn holes. We also were right beside a very noisy elevator that we had to listen to all night. The La Quinta is right beside this hotel. I'd recommend going there.

I booked this room March 26th. Was set to arrive March 28th. On March 28th at 12:39pm while I was enroute to this hotel from Arkansas I got 8 emails saying my reservation had been cancelled. I contacted them immediately at 12:41pm to see why my reservation had been cancelled. The lady at the front desk didn't ask my name she just said that it was cancelled because my card declined. Now majority of these banks when your card declines they send you a notification saying your card declined. Never got a notification. I asked her when did my card decline...she couldn't give me a date, my next question was did you attempt to call me to let me know the card was declined as most hotels do she said yes so I said when did you call me...she then changed her story to oh we we emailed you, again when did you send an email? She couldn't give me a time or date she just said the reservation was cancelled. I called my card to verify any recent declines and my bank advised of no declines. Next question, is the room still available she said no it's not available so within 2 minutes of a cancellation there's no rooms available? Next question your website says you won't charge the card until after 4pm its now 12:40pm so why are you charging the card beforehand? She still couldn't answer any of the questions. The manager wouldn't get on the phone. They didn't take the proper steps to contact me, she didn't apologize and then when I contacted customer care the manager sends this BS email that still didn't make a lick of sense or explain when they called me or emailed me. I was able to find another super 8 hotel afterwards and they didn't charge my card UNTIL I ACTUALLY ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL. I would NOT book here, they are rude and it definitely gives that they have some scammer things going on. She didn't even apologize is the biggest thing that bothered me, she was very matter of fact and on to the next person.

Rooms were very clean, front desk person David i believe was his name went above and beyond to take care of me! I will definitely be returning. Room was clean, staff was awesome. Overall great experience! Thank you guys!

The staff and rooms were great. The desk clerk bent over backwards to help with an issue at check in.||||The only issue was the Luke warm water in the shower. I don't know if this was due to the cold outside and the water heater not being able to keep up or just an issue in general.||||This hotel has been a frequent stop for us especially when taking a last minute trip to visit family.

This super8 hotel is good, We stayed here on a stop over going home. The location is perfect. The staff running it were friendly, rooms were clean. They have the best towels in all our travels. Yes, it needs a face lift, but overall, it was perfect for the price. Just wish they had coffee in the room and a bigger selection for breakfast.
