We have been working hard to give our niece the party she dreamed of so imagine our surprise when we see the banquet we signed with had numerous bad reviews.

Immediately we met with the coordinator at Nova Luna and she assured us that everything that was on our contract would be exactly what we receive.

Honestly, I didn't believe her, I thought something would go wrong. But our party was last weekend and everything went as planned and better than what we had imagined.

With the exception of a few stained tablecloths and a dirty carpet, everything was great. The workers are non-stop and the bar was flowing.

Music sounded fine, securities did their job and the decoration was as we had agree'ed.

I would suggest Nova to buy bigger garbage bins for the restroom since they seem to fill up quick but I did see the cleaners change the bag quite a few times.

I do believe the bad reviews were misunderstandings and if you are anything like me and worried things might not go as planned, talking to them was such a good decision.

I would definitely host my party there again.

I Do not recommend this place. I was told my package included 2 hrs of “ open bar “. Gloria the lady that went over my contract stated the open bar included any kind of alcohol I wanted such as patron, Buchanans, seltzers, etc. The day of my event I was told otherwise. It only included in house alcohol. I ended up paying extra money. And on top of that my guest still paid. I also asked for 13 tables and they only had 10 tables. The table cloths had stains on them. The floor was not vacuum. The food that I order was supposed to come with hot sauce and there was no hot sauce. All my guest were asking for it. I was so embarrassed. I had a photo booth coming in.But the outlets from the back room were not working so the guy had to move the photo booth on the other side after he already had it set up. I was very disappointed I did not enjoy my party due to all these issues. I understand people make mistakes and nothing comes out perfect. But this was one thing after another. Obsoletely unacceptable.

I do not recommend this Banquet AT ALL! We asked for open bar for 2 hours the day of the contract and they said it was fine, until our event they said no and we had to pay for drinks. they were very rude when we ask the day of the event for the open bar and WE’LL PAY EXTRA. They are scammers and liars. I would give this zero stars if i could. Worst banquet ever.

Do NOT recommend to Host an event at Nova worse workers ever. GLORIA is a big liar, doesn’t take her job serious.
-we did not get salsa for food
-not enough food for guests
-dirty chair and table linens
-no runners on the tables
-not all tables covered
-no deserts plates as promised
-open bar didn’t include what promised
-dirty floors
-power outlet not working
-power bathroom out

would not recommend to host any event ar this hall. Gloria is the worst! Open bar was promised but canceled the day of the event. Worst service ever. Scammers and a**holes.

My daughter had her quinceañera here and it was wonderful. The service was spectacular and the people were kind. If you are looking to find a venue, this is the spot. My daughter and I were so happy with everything.!

I attended a quincenera here and it was absolutely lovely! The servers were very attentive to all guests, the décor was beautiful, and the bar was flowing well all night. I am considering hosting my next party here
