I have always been able to go 2.5 weeks between dip appointments with zero issues at other places. I came friday november 22 and got them done. The entire nail polish broke off a nail 8 days later…. And then a second one on day 9! I hardly got a week out of them for $50!! Not sure what the did wrong but this is unacceptable!

I’ve been going to Mingle since they were at their old, smaller location. I always get great service. I love the darker, quiet atmosphere of the pedicure area. It feels more relaxing than all other places that everything is white and bright.

I am very delayed in writing this, but I started going here per the recommendation of a coworker. I have been requesting Sephoran (prob butchered the spelling on her name). She does incredible work!! On average expect about 2 hours with her, because she wants to make sure her work is perfect and you’re satisfied with everything! Attached are the past designs I’ve had her do/try on me since I’ve been coming to this salon. I only had one nail fall off (because before I saw her I was anxious and ripped it really short, so there wasn’t much surface area to work with)! I almost didn’t want to write this review because now I’ll have to fight for an appointment slot with her 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had come here for over 10 years the service went down.
Ive been a calm accommodating client who always stayed quiet and accepted everything w a smile.
I didn’t say anything when a new nail tech hurt my fingers while shaping bc he just wanted to get it done; you guys could’ve turned me away I was ready to make an appointment for the next day.
I didn’t say anything when the nail tech who is right in the front corner cut me while taking off my acrylics bc she didn’t soak them just tried to pop them off. Then after she thought about soaking them.

I didn’t say anything when another nail tech cut me, bc I said it happens sometimes I just reminded him to disinfect the tools.

I didn’t say anything when my toe got infected from a bad pedicure where they cross contaminated tools; all I asked for next time for them to sanitize them properly.

I calmly wait when I make an early appointment and the nail techs take their time to arrive or run to get coffee, I wait until I am out of time (over 20 min waiting and the nail techs still don’t arrive) I tell them I’ll reschedule (whole purpose of making an appointment no?)

Never have I asked them to redo a set in 10+ years of coming in. This time asked them because I really needed a longer set I wanted to look good for my event on Saturday; the sign says you’ll redo until the customer is happy. If I was a Karen throwing a tantrum you would’ve given in but I work in customer service and don’t act that way. Getting nails done is a luxury now a days and I always raved about Mingle nails about how good the women in number #9 is and how Na is the best but I’ll stick to press ons going forward.

So disappointed! Been going here for a few years but last 3 times I got a no-chip manicure and my nails chipped within 4 days every time! I shouldnt have given them a 3rd chance but I was in a hurry on a holiday weekend and had no time to get an appointment elsewhere. Time to find another place that does a quality job!

My first time and they did a great job! Took a little longer than I would have liked for a no chip mani and pedi but she took her time to do a good job which I appreciated.

The atmosphere was really nice. The soft lighting and music was really nice. The place was very clean and there was no wait for my appointment.

They had an appointment same day which was helpful also! Lots of colors to choose from and nice that there are different rooms for services so its not so crowded!

I've been a faithful client since they opened years ago. Services are always topnotch. The staff really cares for their clients. My services are usual gel nails (fill or full set) and a deluxe pedicure. Mey and Mon Roth are my favorites! Thank you for the excellent services.

Been coming here since I was young with my mom & now I’m 23 & still coming! All the staff are super funny and chill and do a great job! I’m happy every time and I’ll come here forever! Great pedicures & great acrylic no chip nails! These are my Valentine’s Day nails that they did an incredible job on 😍 my favorite place, highly recommend! 💗
