Absolutely phenomenal! I called 20 mins before I arrived as basically a walk in, and Talshyn was able to give me some amazing nail art with practically no warning. She was also super helpful and patient with me in picking out the right colors and when I messed up a couple nails while putting my shoes on she quickly fixed them. Amazing experience, I highly recommend this place, especially Talshyn!

STAY AWAY! I have gone here previously and had a decent experience but it has been well over 6 months. I went for my beginning of summer pedicure and just asked for a simple pedicure. I should have known as when she was using the cuticle trimmer more than usual it kept hurting and I was flinching and she kept going. After it concluded I went outside and looked and there is an obvious lack of training or experience. My nails were grossly over cut leaving the nail bed visible and my cuticles were destroyed and cut out around, not to mention they were not even cut cleanly they were rough and jagged. The next day I have pain in my toes and bottom of my feet where she over scraped and toes are tender where she cut the nail and cuticle too low. I also noticed the hygiene and cleanliness of the store has gone down hill, this combined with cuts during the pedicure from lack of training is a perfect way to get an infection, avoid at all costs!

The scheduling and staffing system needs an overhaul. I made an appointment and arrived on time. Instead of receiving service, I was told to sit a table, where I waited endlessly without an update from the staff. No one ever came over to do my nails. I ended up leaving with my money still in my pocket. A visit to the nail salon should be a fun, relaxing experience. Anything else is just adding stress to your day. Choose another nail salon.

I have had several great experiences here. They are easy to schedule with, always professional and kind. I have brought my two year old there a few times for manicures too and they are always so friendly and make it super fun. It’s also very clean. Don’t let the negative reviews turn you away from this great spot!

Maya is amazing! She did a great job on my poor butchered nails. Before I went to Loyal, I went to another place nearby on Clark (not named here) I had a dip mani on and went for a removal, the “nail tech” proceeded to rip off my dip, not soak and buff off. It was extremely painful. My own fault that I didn’t say anything. But the damage was done. My nails haven’t been the same, they all broke and the nailbed ruined. I explained my situation to Maya, and she was in literal shock! She was so gentle and considerate while taking care of my hands and I am so grateful. Maya and Loyal nails will be my new neighborhood go to. If she will take me back 😉 Thank You Maya!

I’ve been going here for about once a month for the past 8 months. Every time I walked in to set up an appointment, each time they’ve denied my request for a fill because they do not fill acrylics. Funny because I gel fills from them every time. Besides the hassle of excuses and continuously acting brand new with me as a client, they take good (not great) care as a service. It’s frustrating to come here so often to support a local business but deal with the same excuses. Today’s interaction was a final straw as, who I assumed was the manager given her carrying a open cup with slush and sugar on the rim with a straw, told me the same excuse. “We do not do acrylic fills.” To which I always replied “These are gel and the lady over there did them last month. Like I’ve always done.” Then requested a wait time to which she quickly switched her excuse to reply “well we’re all booked for the rest of the day.” So sad. Better to not waste your time. I’d recommend Oh My Nails on Northalstead. They’ll remember you and actually do cute designs. Overall much better experience than consistently going to an establishment for months met with the same excuse to not take you.

I absolutely love Loyal nails! Clean and well-maintained space.The service here is top-notch.The ladies who work at the salon are incredibly friendly.Every visit feels special, and I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful.
