I had an incredible stay at the Flats! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how spacious and clean the suite we stayed in was. The natural light was gorgeous and great for getting ready in the morning!

The location was ideal, just steps away from the Loyola station and had a great variety of restaurants just around the block.

I can't recommend this place enough! Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Flats; convenient location, nice large suites that sleep up to 6 for a very reasonable price. Our group reserved two room right next to each other and enjoyed the ability to cook meals and enjoy them together in the living room. All interactions with staff were cordial and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. Better than Airbnb. Will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Chicago.

My wife and I stayed at The Flats at Loyola Station while visiting a near-by relative. The Flats is a wonderful alternative to the typical hotel room since it offers a full apartment accommodation (and it's larger than the typical hotel suite). All of the apartment's appointments were first class and although there is no on-site staff, the check-in process was quite efficient using the directions that I was emailed (they use a lock-box on the door for accessing the key). It's also a great value--my wife has stayed at the new Hampton Inn down the street and it was more expensive than the Flats, plus, unlike the Flats, parking was not free at the Hampton. The Flats is also literally next to the Loyola "L" station which is a great plus.

We had a wonderful stay at The Flats. We were visiting our daughter at Loyola and this rental is right on campus. This rental was perfect for us! Plenty of room, very clean, close to everything and great communication from management. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect home away from home while attending my Loyola weekend classes. The team is always responsive when something is off. Safe and lovely area to visit too! Just visited a local park! Splash pad, monkey bars, swings and more! 10min walk from the flats!

My family stayed here during a campus visity to Loyola. The location was very convenient to Loyola, restuarants and getting downtown via the Red line. Our apartment was clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating. They provided a blow up mattress in addition to the fold out couch. The air conditioner was a little loud and we would have preffered a queen or king size bed but otherwise everything was great! Can't beat the location if you are doing anything on the Loyola campus

I recently stayed at The Flats to visit my daughter at Loyola. The building is so convenient to the red-line and Loyola University itself. My room was very clean and modern, the surrounding area is quiet. I also loved having the balcony in my room because the weather was beautiful. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again!

We had a couple issues (A/C not working, middle of mattress collapsed) but they were fixed fast by the staff (we would have been moved into another room if there was one available, apparently, which is nice). Overall, besides that, the stay was great. Really nice apartment with two beds and a fold out couch, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Nearby is Loyola of course, but also places to eat (Five Guys, etc) and a CVS for shopping. Plus, it's right next to the train (subway) station. Great stay, all in all.
