They advertise gas at lower price to get you at pump
When you try to buy it they don have it you force to by the more costly gas . Talk to tyson maneger he did not care he was very rude…

2:30am 5-9-24. Upon arrival the only employee working was outside smoking a cigarette. I had a large amount of drinks to purchase (20 combo of cans and glass bottles) over $50. I asked him to help ring me up and he simply said go use self checkout. The self checkout area is tiny, so I had to make multiple trips from the refrigerators to the checkout area. Very inconvenient and frustrating! I’m not sure why they even have someone there to work. He pretty much sat there and watched me do it all and offered no assistance at all. It’s pretty pathetic with the work ethic demonstrated. I use Thorntons very regularly for personal and business and this is by far the worst location that I have been to.

Typical gas station with burgers sandwiches and they have donuts. I believe there’s paid truck parking across the street.

All new place looks that way big truck fuel parking free for first 3 hours after that 15$. Parking lot is nice and roomy 70 spots to park get a ticket to enter gate swing wide going through pay going out put ticket in it takes cards for payment. Have a cat scale also.

Chanda is really unprofessional employee.
1) Made me wait till she finish chatting with another guy installing new signs on hotdog machine.
2) As I believe intentionally didn't ask me for weight number on reway scale to make me weight again.

There's no parking outside by the pumps because drivers can't behave themselves and not hit stuff, leave trash everywhere and not block stuff.

So everyone has to go into the paid lot or go somewhere else. Plain and simple. Their lot, their rules.

It's marked and posted in numerous places, no parking and warning signs...

So anyone that's says they weren't "warned" is just not paying attention and trying to make excuses. And it's not anyone's job to attempt to contact anyone because someone wanted to FAFO...

If you are not parked in spot, expect to get bothered. Plain and simple. Get over it.

Wish it was a little cheaper to park but not a bad place at all though it was very clean very quiet hot fresh food clean restrooms would defnitly stay here again great expereince overall pet friendly as well
