Service was excellent food not so good. I had to send the food back the rice was hard and was sticking together. I had the California burrito with chicken and it was not good. After remaking the beans and rice for some reason it tasted sweet and was unpleasant to eat and I told the waitress who was very kind not to worry about taking it to go cause it was trash🗑️🚮

I heard that burritos mi Tierra was under new ownership, so I had to try the food out. And I was very Happy with the dish I ordered. I’ve been to most of the Mexican restaurants around the romeoville area and the skirt steak (tampiqueña) and margaritas that they serve here are absolutely DELICIOUS! The presentation of the dish was also very nice. Would definitely recommend this spot and will be coming back again 👍

This is my favorite spot in Romeoville for Mexican cuisine! I’ve been coming here for years and I will continue to be a regular. The whole menu is amazing and the bar is a plus!

Went here for a late night bite and came across the most delicious & affordable Mexican food I’ve possibly ever had. The staff were so friendly to us & said not to rush after they closed to finish our massive margaritas. Wish I was from around here because I’d be a regular here if I was!

The food is pretty good and the portion sizes are generous. Service was exceptional. However, my favorite item was the lime margarita. I usually get strawberry margaritas, which they did have on their menu but decided on trying something new- it did not disappoint.
