The best style of room for a family traveling. With everything you could possibly need besides the free continental breakfast like other places provide but with a kitchen in your room, I guess you better start cooking yourself.

The hotel is even okay. It is not perfectly clean and comfortable but it is ok. Unfortunately I will not come back there. I left a small bag for a camera with expensive SD cards. The hotel staff didn't even want to help me get my stuff back. They claimed there was a new guest in the room. Strange. Didn't they clean the room? Didn't they notice my bag? Or maybe they found it and didn't want to give it back? Of course it's my fault, I forgot the bag at the hotel, but the fact that no one wanted to help me get it back made me feel sad and I don't want to go there again

Friendly and helpful staff meet your need at the highest level the Hicks family really appreciate all what they do me and my family fighting a battle that GOD will change they made us feel comfortable,wanted. It's super quiet and chilled

It's a pity that I checked in late and didn't read the reviews. I don't think that the disgusting state of the hotel is the merit of the staff. Most likely, this is a deliberate policy of the management of the hotel chain. Minimizing costs (at the expense of customers and saving on salaries) and completely ignoring customer complaints. If you want to enjoy a poorly cleaned room and the sounds of cars outside the window (since the windows are broken and do not close completely), walk around the hotel at night in the cold for things (since only one central entrance works and the back doors are broken) and many other bonuses, then welcome to Stay America
suites. I think that this experience was useful - now I will study guest reviews more carefully and the Stay America hotel chain no longer exists for me!!!
Big complaints about Google services. How can you trust Google recommendations if they push you in priority order a hotel that has no positive reviews!!!! You there in Google, due to the lack of competitors, do not care at all about your clients? Very motivating to use paid Google services

When we came into our room the first time the room wasn't even cleaned and we had to grow a replacement. The complementary "breakfast" was coffee, nutrigrain bars, and muffins. Go to the hotel next door it's only $10 more for a much better stay

I have never been so disgusted with a hotel. They took our money and kicked us out escorted by the police. Sue the GM said we had until 5pm to get out then called the police and wanted us out before. It took us literally from 430 to 9 pm to find somewhere new to go when we paid up until Tuesday. Sue should not be a manager she is mean and not professional at all. She is a liar and a thief. Couldn't take our food that was left behind gave my daughters stuff to her staff. Horrible experience. I would not refer anyone to go there.

Our kitchen was extremely dirty, tub and floors! Toilet did not work. Stove was just hot plates that barely got warm we did not cook anything because of filth. I would not recommend this place ever

Room had a smell of cigarettes. Try calling front desk and no answer. When checking out the attending employee mentioned that they know and that everyone smokes cigarettes and as well other items. With that being said rooms are not clean.
