This is an extended stay/residential hotel. Price was good, customer service was excellent, and it was fairly well cleaned. The elevator did go out of order while we were there but overall a decent place to stay just for the basics. Did not see any bugs or evidence of them. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was dirty and smelled. Bed made me itch I know it wasn’t just one room because I stayed in a different room also. Walls are paper thin I could hear people upstairs stomping and moving things baby crying also and everyone outside my door going up and down the stairs slamming doors hearing people talk in the hallways dogs barking etc. Employees don’t know what they are doing. Gave me my room key went to my room less than a hour later someone is trying to get in! They had double booked the room. Not only that but at the front desk when checking in instead of saying what floor I was on they stated my room number out loud while other people were in the lobby I asked to switch rooms and the first time they declined saying they had no other rooms available with single beds. I’d have to upgrade my room pay the difference yet this would have never been an issue if the employee was doing there job right. Then as a few minutes passed and they checked the system again they found another room for me. I ended up leaving after a few hours money was wasted did not feel safe at all the place feels sketchy if you are a single female traveling alone please do not come here.

I don't understand the dog obsession everywhere! Why are enormous dogs allowed to stay up to 2 per room, who can destroy the place, chew on furniture etc and cats are not allowed at all although they are clean and don't stink.

I would never stay here again. The room was decent and the man at the desk when I checked in was nice. But I didn't feel safe there. It was an eerie set up in the front. People live there and there's no hotel staff overnight. The elevator sounds and feels like it's about go crashing down. People were loud both nights. However, the 2nd night I stayed, the couple next door were raising their voices, letting doors slam, being loud and obnoxious all night long. Then at about 3 AM, they started fighting and could not care less who they may be disturbing. They were screaming at the top of their lungs. The cops were finally called at 4 AM. After they left, the couple went at it again and continued until after sunrise. That part is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but when I called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out so I can actually get some sleep before my long drive, she was not very nice. No apology, no understanding, nothing. It's like I was bothering her with this information and request. She even mentioned a $40 charge for a late check out!! So although it wasn't enough time, I just asked for a half hour and she graciously gave it to me. It was a rough ride home and I slept all the next day, which ruined a perfectly good Sunday. And please don't bother with a canned response, Dawn Crownhart. It's very impersonal and disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT STAY HERE|The place is filthy, our room looked like it had not been cleaned for months.|stains all over the walls, the toilet had old poop splatter all over it, our bed had a few bugs, there was a wad of gum stuck to the bed post. Inches of dirt and grime in every corner. The shower had black dirt all over it.|When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was literally stuck on the receiver with sticky gunk all over it. I went don't to the lobby to complain and the window was closed.|I contacted the afterhours number, and they told me they could not do anything about it because they did not have a different room to offer me. I cancelled my second night stay, and they would not give me a refund. I would not let my dog sleep there. We left that night and Luckly found another place to stay.

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Room was disgusting baseline, and then there were the cockroaches
Genuine cockroach infestation in our room, hotel charges for anything extra, and we were just flat out denied an extra blanket.
Do not go here if you can avoid it

Minus 5 stars, I booked this place for a staff member for 3 nights, rooms do not come close to expectations of a clean and comfortable hotel. Only used one night, and asked for a refund and the manager went off on me, called corporate, they agreed that we needed a refund for the next two nights, they told corporate no as well. Corporate could not believe the way the manager handled it either. This place allows for two rolls of toilet paper, and charges for each additional, they sell coffee pots and pots, pans and utensils if you want to use the kitchenette. A very dirty hotel in desperate need of a makeover from top to bottom. Beware of the no refund policy.
