iCRYO Rockford is my go-to for all things health and wellness. I’m a transplant from downtown Chicago and was seeking a high end, medical wellness center to help me with my health / chronic pain issues. I’m beyond thankful to have icryo here in Rockford. Phenomenal staff. Very kind, attentive, and friendly. They treat you like you’re a part of their family. If you haven't been in yet you definitely need to try some of the lifestyle services.

My favorite treatments are Red Light Therapy (their technology is developed by NASA, much better than what any of the local gyms have)!!!
Cryotherapy is my next favorite treatment. Burning 500 calories in 210 seconds is a no brainer. 🙌🏻 I also started getting the ultra lift cryofacial to zap the extra fat to have a smoother jaw line! I’m already seeing changes in just 3 facial treatments. You will not regret investing in your health. Not to mention the space is stunning, you will feel so pampered. 😊

I had an incredible experience at iCRYO and can’t recommend it enough. The staff here is beyond friendly and knowledgeable about every service they have to offer. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and taken care of. I was a bit nervous about trying Cryotherapy but they made sure I was comfortable and informed me of every step of the process so I wasn’t as nervous.

The equipment and aesthetics of the place were very well-maintained and modern. The whole process was efficient, whilst being very personalized. Whether you’re new to Cryotherapy, or a regular, iCRYO is definitely the place to go. After going there I always feel rejuvenated and energized, ready to take on the day.

If you’re on the verge of thinking of coming and looking for a place with services that greatly help recovery and wellness with a friendly atmosphere, come to iCRYO! I’ll be back for sure! ᵕ̈

I called asking for more information. Pause then “whaaaa?” I ansked again I’d like more information. I need fat removal around the lower abdomen and waist. To freeze the fat cells and get rid of them. I said I’m type 1 diabetic. And the girl said they don’t service diabetics. This is discrimination. And it is only for people who have an active lifestyle drink lots of water and eat healthy. So if it’s only for in shape people with no fat. Why go? I would give it a negative infinity

I love Icryo Rockford. The staff is amazingly friendly and most of them even know my name! That’s not something most places do anymore. I have tried just about everything they have to offer and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed once. The red light bed, dry float bed, and sauna are my weekly favorites. I have also enjoyed facials too.

Im very satisfied with iCRYO! My favorite services are the IV hydration and the red light bed. Since I started coming here, I've noticed that I'm able to work out harder and recover faster. The employees are nice, always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The facility is very clean, and the environment is calm and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommend!
