Sattva is my calm in the storm! I have done yoga for over 15 years, and until now I haven't had a place to do hot yoga. The studio is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. All of the instructors know their stuff! I feel like I can speak on this because I have so much experience with yoga myself. I am in the yoga monthly membership and have also done the hot/cold therapy room a few times. I wish I could be there every morning to start my day, but a few times per week works just as well! I love Sattva!

Quite a lovely calming atmosphere. My wife and I came in to use the Spa/sauna. Andrew greeted us at the door and made us feel welcomed into the space. He showed us to the room where the hot/cold spa was and told us what we can do in there. Everything was so clean and nice! Switching between the hot and cold felt so therapeutic we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Check Sattva out. It's a great place in Rockford!

What a lovely place! I tried the hot yoga class and it was such a great experience. A good mix of “oh my this is tough” and “oh goodness, I get to catch my breath now lol” and “wow, this is very therapeutic”. The class itself is a bit challenging for beginners (like myself) but it’s a good challenge. Not a challenge that leaves you defeated. It left me feeling so good and wanting to come back again (which I plan on doing) so I can improve and learn more. Ally (person who led the class) was so sweet and catered to all levels in the class. I highly recommend checking out this place (they have more services that they offer). When you walk in Sattva, you instantly feel energized because you will be around such lovely people. Grateful to have a place like this in Rockford!

Such an amazing space! So welcoming and calm from the moment you walk in. They offer a great new student package that lets you try all the classes for a week to see what you like most! Jaime is such an awesome instructor and really caters to all her students. Really worth checking it out!

Sattva is a beautiful and engaging space with kind and welcoming instructors. It’s more than just a place for classes. It’s a community environment where everyone feels welcome. When I’ve practiced yoga in other spaces, I’ve felt intimidated or the environment wasn’t suited for true body and mind restoration. Sattva makes you less stressed and anxious the minute you walk in the door and remove your shoes. I’ve told all my friends to try it.
