Mary is an extremely gifted healer! She is a light worker with a beautiful soul and this energy absolutely emanates powerfully from her into all she touches. Through Myofascial with Mary I have released past traumas, and experienced profound healing on physical, mental and emotional levels. Myofascial Release was absolutely integral to my healing process/ spiritual journey, and Mary is my go-to for that deep healing. I have recommended her to many others who have had amazing experiences of their own. I can’t say enough great things about my therapy sessions with Mary. She has treated my pain better than any physical therapist I’ve been to.

She has an amazing gift of feeling and understanding your needs. I remember my first appointment thinking that this is a really deep massage and wow she is really getting in there and pushing on my “pain” areas. The next day I felt so much better and couldn’t believe how quickly it worked! I’ve had 4 sessions total thus far and continue to go often as the benefits are incredible!

I love Mary’s holistic approach to her practice and that she wants to fix the pain and not put a bandaid on it.

I highly recommend Mary and so grateful I found her after experiencing years of pain that I thought I would just need to deal and live with.

Mary is an amazing and very caring therapist. I had several surgeries and an extremely stiff body when I first saw her. I had absolutely no range of motion in my neck because of spine surgery. Also limited back movement. I now am able to move easier and can turn my head from side to side. I was told by my surgeon that I would never be able to have that movement again.
Mary is extremely talented. The energy and positively that she emits is a blessing in itself.
