The young lady who assisted me on the phone and who completed my services were both very nice and helpful, but I do not like this salon. Low quality wax, small wax pots so she kept running out. Expensive prices with low quality wax, no thanks.

Very disappointing experience from a salon that I used to frequent. Although the therapist was quite friendly, the skills were lacking. The room was extremely cold as were the "warm" towels placed on my back that eventually became cold wet towels. I expressed that I mainly wanted my back, shoulders, and neck worked on, however it was my legs that the therapist concentrated on. It was a very underwhelming experience overall only to be finished by questioning the $4.00 house fee on my bill. The receptionist responded by telling me she did not know what it was for, only that she knew that the salon started charging said fee during COVID but she didn't know what it was for now.

Stopped in 40 minutes before closing time to purchase a gift certificate for a birthday gift. Was told by person at the desk they had already turned off their computers. Explained that it was for a birthday present the next day and was told it wasn't happening. Very disappointing, but luckily it caused me to read the other recent reviews and apparently I at least saved the birthday gift recipient some unnecessary disappointment.

The massages are wonderful. The service is sweet. Had a wonderful technician for a no chip polish French manicure. Seemed a bit pricey. They did do a repair at the sixth day because it had started to come up. I'm just shy of two weeks and here are photos to show but it wore good and I did like the way it looked.

I had the best experience at Asha! My stylist was Kennedy and she is absolutely incredible and so very kind! She did a phenomenal job on my hair, exceeding my expectations! I plan to continue going to Kennedy for my hair needs and I highly recommend her for yours!

This WAS my go to place for massage, skin and nail care. They are great there, very friendly. I would give them higher stars, however I've had them cancel on me twice now the day of my appointment and both times were either on or the day after a holiday. The first time was for a pedicure on Father's day and they called to cancel because the girl didn't show up for work, then told me to call back and I couldn't get thru because they didn't turn the phone over so I got the recording that they weren't open. Why would you have me call back if I can't get thru Then had a massage with my regular massage therapist on July 5th and she called in sick. I understand that people get sick but I am suspicious when it's on or after a holiday. Plus she is only there on Fridays so I wasn't able to reschedule until August. Just not enough availability for me. Will be seeking other massage therapists

The massage therapist was nice, but I went in for a stress fix massage. I was highly anticipating leaving relaxed with a lot of my neck, lower back tension gone. Unfortunately, it was hands-down the weakest massage I’ve ever received. I don’t even know if I can call a massage as I was just getting oiled up with light rubbing the entire hour. I felt a little bit of pressure down the middle of my back when she started and then from there, the pressure was so limited that it just felt like an oil application. I did ask her if it was ok to please apply a more pressure and I received about 10% improvement after mentioning it. Upon leaving, I asked if I could have a hot towel because I was so excessively filled with oil I couldn’t even walk in my flip-flops. She offered me a shower in which I ended up taking a cold shower as I waited 10 minutes for it to heat up and it never did. No one asked how my service was, just asked how much I wanted to tip at the end. It just fell like an extremely unprofessional experience, especially for $120.
