I had a terrible experience at this salon, primarily due to the actions of Marita. I went in for a simple toner to correct brassiness while keeping some of the blonde for dimension. However, she insisted on lightening my hair further, claiming that toner alone would turn it green. When I tried to clarify what I wanted, she shut me down, saying, “Don’t tell me how to do my job.” Initially, I thought she was joking, but given how she treated me afterward, I realized she likely wasn’t.

The next morning, I woke up unable to brush my hair properly. I felt stiff, tangled chunks in the back of my head and immediately called the salon for help. The receptionist booked me an 11:30 AM slot, and I asked to speak with Marita to let her know I was coming (assuming we were still on good terms). Instead, she rudely dismissed me, accused me of wanting a free service, and told me to “just wash it off.”

I then spoke to another manager, Christina, hoping for better customer service. Unfortunately, she also shut me down, refused to let me come in that day, and told me I’d have to prepay for a future appointment just to be seen.

I ended up having to go to another salon, where the stylists confirmed bleach had been left in my hair, causing significant damage and breakage. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Instead of taking responsibility, Marita and Christina ignored my concerns and refused to help—leaving me with severely damaged hair.

If you value your hair and good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

They had me sign a form agreeing that they couldn’t guarantee the color would come out exactly as I requested.

When colleen reached out to me this week after this whole incident, she also dismissed my concerns and lead with what I signed even after I explained the color was not the problem, the bleach was. And then stopped responding.

It’s interesting that you bring up my November visit. I had a lash lift and a quick deep conditioning treatment, both of which I enjoyed. The hairstylist who worked on my hair was great—she’s actually the one who inspired me to seek out a different salon to properly care for my hair and extensions.

During my appointment, she pointed out that the brown color done at a different salon wasn’t well done—she said it looked as if it had just been plastered on top rather than saturated properly. She even had another stylist take a look, and they both agreed. We also discussed the damage to the hair around my hairline (bangs), which she acknowledged. Based on her honest feedback, I went to a new salon to have my color corrected a few weeks later (in December) and they also confirmed the poor color application. I’m not sure where this claim that I was argumentative with her comes from. We had absolutely no issues.

Regarding my damaged bangs, I actually discussed this with Marita and told her I’d be okay with leaving them blonde and just toning them slightly. That’s when she shut me down and told me not to tell her how to do her job.

Fast forward to Saturday—I never called repeatedly that morning. I called twice:
1. Once to schedule an appointment.
2. A second time to speak to a different manager (Christina), after Marita refused to help me and accused me of wanting a free service.

3. Was when Christina called me back and refused to even let me come in so she could see the damage herself.

After that is when I reached out to other salons to fix the damage and breakage my hair had suffered.

All I wanted was for the part of my hair that still had bleach in to be fixed. This didn’t have to go this far.

I was not at the salon for six hours, as claimed. I arrived at 11 AM for a facial and moved to the salon side after 12 PM. Due to back-and-forth discussions with Marita, they didn’t even start working on my hair until closer to 12:45 PM. This can be proven by looking at your security cameras.
It was clear that Mariana was frustrated with how Marita was dragging the process.

I had a deep tissue massage with Jackie. I have a lot of significant cervical and lumbar spine problems. I have had many massages in the past at other places, and I felt better afterwards but nothing like how I feel after this massage. I cannot remember the last time my neck felt this good. I will definitely be returning.

For deep tissue go see Veronica Glover. She did such an amazing job. I have past injuries, I work out, & I have a physically demanding job. I feel refreshed & my typical quirks soothed. Highly recommend.

First time coming to this place and don’t have anything to question. My wife and I had a 30 min couples massage with Joanne and Jackie. OMG they were both great. The massage was spectacular. They know what they do, very professional and they are super nice. Place super clean. Also have facials, and many other services. If you come earlier can take advantage of the steam room and hot shower, and can enjoy a complimentary relaxing room with hot tea, coffee or water while you wait for your appt. Plenty of parking available. Will def come back. We recommended 💥⭐️🙌🏻

My siblings and I recently purchased a Mother’s Day spa package at the WM DaySpa for our mother. Yes, it was pricey, but absolutely worth the cost. My mom is a shy and timid person, so I was hesitant at first due to some stories I'd heard about spa places. However, the reviews for this establishment were excellent, which convinced me to take a chance. I'm now compelled to write my own review. My mother said the staff was incredibly polite and gentle with her. They had engaging conversations, addressed all her concerns, and walked her through every step of the treatment. The package included lunch, and she never felt rushed at any point during the day. Instead, she felt thoroughly relaxed, which is significant since she has anxiety. By the end of her visit, her skin felt rejuvenated, her nails were manicured, and she felt a weight lifted off her shoulders. For anyone on the fence about finding the perfect spa, I highly recommend WM DaySpa. Christiana, who I spoke with, provided an itinerary and menu, and we customized the package to suit my mother's needs. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is soothing, and the experience is well worth the price.

I would also like to especially thank everyone that was part of making my mom's Mother's Day that much more special. It's been over 20 yrs for her to feel relaxed. I joined the military in 2003 deployed 5 times overseas, so you can imagine the amount of stress I alone gave her, I'm now retired, but she deserves to feel peace. WM DaySpa was able to give her that. Thank 😊 🙏 you!

Took almost two hours for the no chip manicure. Had to cancel my pedicure because I couldn't stay another 2 hours. This is my NO CHIP *3* days later. GARBAGE.
